Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

Just would like to let someone know how great the sales staff is. Brian Decoy, Brian Brooks and Ken Knaus are all awesome!! We just purchased our 4th vehicle from them and they are super to work with. They answer all of our questions (we're old....we have a lot of questions!). I cannot believe that BMW put a 4 cylinder with turbo in an X3. It is the single problem I have with my car. otherwise it is perfect. The 6 cylinder in my 2005 was Awesome!!!!! BMW stands for Performance, GIVE IT.

Even though I did not buy the vehicle I went to look at, I was treated with the utmost respect by the dealership and Chris, the salesman who worked with me. You can definitely tell the difference between sales people when you go to a Mercedes Benz dealership! I only wish they could have certified the Subaru Ascent I looked at because it was really a great deal. When I look for my next vehicle, it will include looking at Mercedes Benz because the cars they had were stellar! Just not the right time this time! Thanks for the experience!

This vehicle has has taken my wife and me cross-country, as well as several other long distance trips, with a sum total of only one flat tire and no other mechanical, nor electrical issues at all! Any repairs have been moderate and frankly expected given the high number of miles (150,000 so far) on it. I expect to keep it for another year and a half.

Susie Fritz was an expert sales associate. So friendly, new my name two days later than the original visit; very professional, easy going, and newher product well. Jack Valentine was very helpful with my finances, explaining several options that I had and the pros and cons. Very efficient - my time was not wasted.

Gregg was EXCEPTIONAL! We didnt know him prior to arriving at the dealership but as soon as we met him he made us comfortable and like we were old friends. I worked with Emily Berger and the entire Audi Pitt Team - great experience. I flew there from Philadelphia to but an S8 on a dnowy Presidents day. I was expecting the worst but Emily is a pro, supported by Jenn, Chris, Emily in Finance and the service team. Despite the snow and the Holiday, they made it happy. The BMW X1 is fun to drive. The sunroof is awesome. This is a nice small SUV that has plenty of trunk space. I would recommend buying this car

I've had three 2015 X1's. Drove the wheels off one, one got stolen and on my third. Love this car! So economical and the gps is off satellite, not cell tower. Get maps ANYWHERE, for life. I only have 72k on it and will be my last vehicle.

The car is great very fast suv the only problem the wind noise and change the tires the run flat tire for all season noise reduce little bit but besides that so far so good 👍I’m recommend
