STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! I had a wonderful experience with the Mercedes dealership on Southwest Freeway Houston. My sales rep, Xu Pan called me within 15 minutes of my filling out the request for information about a used Lexus RX350. We set an appointment for the next day . Xu was extremely knowgeable about the car and showed me several new features about it as I was test driving the car. I felt the dealer price was fair as there was no additional negotiating of price. The dealership was easy to do business with, Xu was courteous and professional and we closed on the car that day. I would highly recommend this dealership and the sales rep.
