I am writing to say that I appreciated so much the helpful and friendly Jon Roman at NuCar Lowell. I am always looking to note wonderful service and high integrity from sale people. I leased a Chevy Equinox on Saturday, Feb 8. When I picked up the car I had a lot of questions and needed assistance. I've had the 2025 X3 30 now for 5 months and it is great! It replaces our 2022 X3 that was recently totaled and both passenger walked away with just bruises so it is a safe car! This is one reason I purchased another X3. Big difference on the interior panel than the 2022 as everything has gone to touch screen for all controls which I not real fond about, even the owners manual is on the touchscreen software, The twin turbo gives plenty of power and the gas milage has improved from the older model. The gears change smoothly and the ride is also smooth. You now get a spare tire since BMW did away with the run flat tires which I hated as they did not wear great. The accessories offered in their package covers everything you want in an auto. I don't understand why the rear exhaust are hidden though as I like the chrome exhaust on my old 2022. This year the 3 was redesigned and it is slightly bigger.

Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

My service rep was prompt and he explained the situation to me. Hoping this solves the issue with my Colorado, as this has happened before with my 2018 Colorado.

STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

I cannot believe that BMW put a 4 cylinder with turbo in an X3. It is the single problem I have with my car. otherwise it is perfect. The 6 cylinder in my 2005 was Awesome!!!!! BMW stands for Performance, GIVE IT.

I have used the 2019 BMW X3 for over a year now, as my third BMW, the other two being the 3 series sedan, with just one problem; Fuel pump failure, though due to my negligence. I now understand that the BMW cannot be operated without sufficient Fuel.

1. BMW has relinquished transmission service, WHY? They DO NOT make their transmissions and the builder, another German company does and has a full service recommend sheet, with miles and correct fluids, et al. Now that's a load of crap. All transmission need servicing like any part with fluid traveling through it! So when your Trany goes out, you are looking a $4000+ easy, Thanks BMW for that PLANNED OBSELENCE! 2. No dip stick and access to change your oil or the very small oil gasket, NOT THE OIL FILTER, will cost you over $1000 in labor, TO ACCESS and a $14.08 part! 3. Ridiculous depreciation the minute you drive off the lot. I can buy a 2022 X7, retailing north of $95,000 for around. $50,000 and CPO/Certified with around 35-45,000 miles. 4. Very fun to drive, quality feel, twin turbo power I like, the profile is amazing on my 2017 X5. Don't like the body style changes. 5. You pay $65,000 or more and have to pay extra, with one package to get the Harmon Kardon stereo. xxxx, for that much in the price tag I should get the Bowers and Wilkins. 6. 9.5 and 10.5 wheels and tires make it look "mean". But no rotation and you will wear out the front tires in about 25,000 miles. Run flats are harsh and do not last. So, get an "S" model and gain gas mileage, rotate and balance tires and unless you live in a cold climate, the XDrive is a waste of additional sticker shock. of money. 10. The interior colors, mine is brown leather, are nauseating, at best. Orange looking leather, white leather-are you kidding me? And, the old standby Black!

went to Stratham Audi for a 30,000 mile service for a Q3, It went perfectly, they took the car when I arrived, returned it washed and vacuumed in 90 minutes as promised

This was the best experience with getting a first car, just the first step into the dealership is like walking into grandmas house, a warming feeling relatable music and the most upbeat personality’s, and the sales person that helped me with getting my first car which is a bmw 5 series 535i xdrive, his name is pedro and he was the most helpful and funny person to interact with, he kept me from getting nervous or upset he even talks about things in life from how he started sales to how to take care of your face routine, this is the best place to go to acquire your first car!

The X3 m40i is the best family vehicle. Got a decent deal from CarMax on a lightly used 2019 x3 m40i. The hk sound system sounds terrible unless you figure out how to turn off the exhaust sound that comes through the speakers (leaves little bass balance left for the music), but luckily there are a few tricks (check forums). The vehicle is a blast to drive, yet can carry the whole family and luggage anywhere. I had a few e36 m3's a while back and repairs were reasonable and easy to do a lot of stuff independently, so repair costs (only needed brakes, tires and oil in the past 30k miles) on the new BMWs did come as a bit of a shock, but being proactive helps. The vehicle has been super reliable with no mechanical issues.

Before you buy any BMW older than 2018, check out the Isley V BMW lawsuit. You will find the V8 in all pre 2018 BMW's to be problematic for oil leaks and valve stem failures due to defective engine design and excessive heat. I have this X5 with the V8 and it's a wonderful car to drive and look at. It's my 5th BMW and by far the most reliable. Unfortunately, even with all the meticulous care, my car has experienced the oil leak and smoking exhaust, just like all the N63 & N63TU engines through 2018 will experience this problem and the cost to repair exceeds $20K from the dealer. If you find one that had the valve stem seals replaced, I wouldn't hesitate to buy it, it's a great vehicle in many ways.

It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

My name is Joseph Kouyoumjian during the first week in January my eye caught an internet Advertisement for a 2015 Cadillac SRX with very low mileage which interested me. I had a SRX years ago and loved it Spoke with Salesman Mike and Owner Kevin and I was invited to come take a test drive When I got there , the car looked like brand new, to my dismay.. when I opened the door to test drive the Caddy, I realized that GM downsized the SRX and , my luck, unfortunately I could not get in and out easily... Like all used vehicles, There were a few minor things that needed attention and repair on the Explorer. Kevin and his staff jumped on it, got in into the shop, took care of everything needed and I picked up the Explorer off to the races with an awesome fully loaded vehicle that I really like Almost 10 days since I've had the Explorer and I am happy and thrilled.. I have this car for 26,000 miles now. This is the best X5 that I have ever owned. The new engine is great on the xdrive 40i. No need for the M60. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. Handling is great. Tires and much better than on the previous generation. The ride is tight and comfortable. They did an awesome job. Hopefully, this car will last as long as my previous 2010 X5.

I’ve now bought two cars at Salem Ford. They are a class act. Both times the salesperson was top notch, most recently Mike “Salty” Saltman. The GM Armando Rodrigues was especially kind as well. I knew him as a youth playing baseball and basketball with my boys. What a fine and accomplished person he has become Will do business here forever
