Friendly, helpful people from the start. They reached out, scheduled a test drive quickly and I wound up buying the car. The experience felt mildly 'sales-y' but not nearly what I have felt in the past. They let me know my options, worked to get to the number I was comfortable with and did not try to oversell the options at the end. My only complaint is they could have been the first to point out the minor damages to the windshield but for I noticed them during the test drive but it was clearly in the Carfax report they provided. Overall a good experience.

Set up an appointment and came to look at the 2020 BMW the next day. They were fair on my trade (you never get exactly what you want) and the car was as represented. It had just finished CPO process. Overall very good experience from Rosina and staff. Would highly recommend a purchase from Ferman.

Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

I could not be more happy with this vehicle. It is amazingly quiet and comfortable, but still fun to drive. It has tons of space and the interior is impeccable. The technology is top-notch and intuitive. This one is the turbo I6 and is faster than it feels (so smooth and quiet), but lacks the “hold your breath” acceleration of the V8.

Bought a 2014 Prius C here with minimal brain damage. Carfax was not provided, so I had to get it on my own. They have many cars with mileage less than 60,000 and prices less than $10,000. Dealer lots only have 1 or 2. The lot is small. Andre and Viktor took good care of me. I bought a used car that I expect will last another 8 to 10 years and get 50 mpg to boot!

I've bought this 2008 328xi and now has around 200k millage on it and stills driving amazing, good driving feeling, nice stylish and the engine stills showing good power, it has been needing some love, like regular maintenance but not major or really expensive problems or repairs at the end of the day.

This is a very comfortable vehicle. However, the plastic on the driver's seat, covering the seat 💺 controls will detach from the seat. Nevertheless, it's a wonderful automobile to own.

I had a situation on Thursday I hadn't anticipated...one of my new 2025 Defender tires was low on pressure. I found a nail in tread and called Crown Jaguar Land Rover. Steve talked to Sara in the service department...they both told me to bring it right in. It was late in the afternoon, but the tire fixed in 15 minutes! Steve and Sara exceeded my expectations today...they always treat me like family. I love the personal attention I get at Crown Jaguar Land Rover!

We have the money to purchase but the car seats for our two toddlers come first as they were wrecked in the last accident when hubby flipped the car multiple times and totalled it. Best car buying experience I ever had. The whole team was awesome, polite, courteous, efficient and to the point. Stayed focused on customers needs. Looking at Ford Edge's for my daughter to drive to Colorado and live. After dealing with large dealerships and getting run around we pulled into Cars of Tampa saw no Edge but nice 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee they just got in 2 days prior, met all the options needed SUV, 6Cyl, Low miles for age, well maintained, AWD & 4x4 low for occasional off road camping,. They came down on price, fixed problems I wanted, rotors turned and new brakes installed. While repairing they found another problem replaced both fuel pumps. They even took vehicle to Jeep dealership to fix electrical problem found wires damaged inside rear panel, had all recalls updated. Cars.com rated as good deal but I feel it was a Great Deal. Research your vehicle, make and informed decision and don't buy till you feel comfortable, car fax a must. Drove 120 miles 3x & test drove 3 times. They even put it up on lift so I could view underside and check for rust or damage. No pressure, Manager said we like the cars and carfax to sell them selves. But they made sure the car was in top condition so my daughter would feel safe in a reliable auto driving across country. Thank You Cars of Tampa.

I always love BMWs. This is my favorite and most reliable. It's a 2012 with 90k miles and is experiencing only "older car" issues. Love the ease of the top and the size is perfect for me. Warning: be careful of servicing at dealerships. My top was stuck up. Dealership told me $3500 to fix. My regular mechanic told me it was only a little plastic piece and replaced for $0. Dealership: Fermin BMW in Palm Harbor, FL. Avoid them.

Purchased a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica from Ferman BMW and David Soto was our salesman. We had arranged to see and test drive online and were using Sams club program I did not plan on trading in as I had a good offer from Carvana. They were able to meet my requirement to trade in my vehicle. David was excellent, no pressure, calm and friendly. Business office was the same, no pressure and easy experience I will highly recommend Ferman based on this experience and David Soto as an excellent person to deal and buy from. Only issue we wish we had been told there was only one key/ fob to vehicle as now we must pay for a second key/ fob

The nice thing about working with this dealership was we were able to negotiate everything over the phone and that way we could go pick up the car and everything was prepared and ready and we were in and out of there in no time

Have this car for 3 years and it’s been nothing but pleasure. Subtle looking on the outside, cruising beast on the inside. Drove other BMWs and not have been as boss feeling car as this one.
