We were visiting Salt Lake City, driving a rental Toyota Corolla and needed help pairing our Apple i-phone with the car's sound system. Even though we had not bought a vehicle from Mark Miller Toyota we were warmly greeted by receptionist Rika Medina, who quickly located a staff member to assist us. Moments later, Jonathan Denanda came to our assistance and patiently walked us through the process. In no time he linked our phone to the rental car system and explained various functions so we could maximize our listening experience. Jonathan was patient, courteous and very knowledgeable and we were very grateful for his expertise. It made our four hour drive to several Utah state parks much more enjoyable having our curated "soundtrack" to go along with the magnificent scenery. Thank you, Mark Miller Toyota, for assisting us even though we aren't locals!

1. BMW has relinquished transmission service, WHY? They DO NOT make their transmissions and the builder, another German company does and has a full service recommend sheet, with miles and correct fluids, et al. Now that's a load of crap. All transmission need servicing like any part with fluid traveling through it! So when your Trany goes out, you are looking a $4000+ easy, Thanks BMW for that PLANNED OBSELENCE! 2. No dip stick and access to change your oil or the very small oil gasket, NOT THE OIL FILTER, will cost you over $1000 in labor, TO ACCESS and a $14.08 part! 3. Ridiculous depreciation the minute you drive off the lot. I can buy a 2022 X7, retailing north of $95,000 for around. $50,000 and CPO/Certified with around 35-45,000 miles. 4. Very fun to drive, quality feel, twin turbo power I like, the profile is amazing on my 2017 X5. Don't like the body style changes. 5. You pay $65,000 or more and have to pay extra, with one package to get the Harmon Kardon stereo. xxxx, for that much in the price tag I should get the Bowers and Wilkins. 6. 9.5 and 10.5 wheels and tires make it look "mean". But no rotation and you will wear out the front tires in about 25,000 miles. Run flats are harsh and do not last. So, get an "S" model and gain gas mileage, rotate and balance tires and unless you live in a cold climate, the XDrive is a waste of additional sticker shock. of money. 10. The interior colors, mine is brown leather, are nauseating, at best. Orange looking leather, white leather-are you kidding me? And, the old standby Black!

The sales team was very prompt on getting back to us when we inquired about our vehicle. They were also very informative on the product and were able to answer whatever questions we had for them. Once we were to the point of agreement on the price of the vehicle they were always helpful with the rest of the sale all the way thru the sales contract. I've had the 2025 X3 30 now for 5 months and it is great! It replaces our 2022 X3 that was recently totaled and both passenger walked away with just bruises so it is a safe car! This is one reason I purchased another X3. Big difference on the interior panel than the 2022 as everything has gone to touch screen for all controls which I not real fond about, even the owners manual is on the touchscreen software, The twin turbo gives plenty of power and the gas milage has improved from the older model. The gears change smoothly and the ride is also smooth. You now get a spare tire since BMW did away with the run flat tires which I hated as they did not wear great. The accessories offered in their package covers everything you want in an auto. I don't understand why the rear exhaust are hidden though as I like the chrome exhaust on my old 2022. This year the 3 was redesigned and it is slightly bigger.

By far the least amount of time spent purchasing a vehicle. We knew the numbers, and got all questions answered in a matter of minutes. They brought the car closer to us and had all paperwork ready to go. It only took 10 minutes and we were on the road in our new car. Well done!

Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! I have been looking for a Subaru Baja fora while now and I finally did at carmax in salt lake. I was three hours away and couldn't get out there quickly so they held the car for me. FOR A WEEK. They had people come in and was wanting it.But they still held it. I wish they would negotiate on the price. But I got it at a good price. The car was in top shape and the interior is awesome. Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.

The dealership is excellent, the staff very attentive. I had a great experience. They give full pricing up front with no hidden fees; none of the "dealership, manager's new boat, owner's third vacation home fees." While this is nice for transparency, it does make it difficult if you are someone who wants to negotiate your price. The staff were very low pressure, making for a pleasant experience.

I have this car for 26,000 miles now. This is the best X5 that I have ever owned. The new engine is great on the xdrive 40i. No need for the M60. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. Handling is great. Tires and much better than on the previous generation. The ride is tight and comfortable. They did an awesome job. Hopefully, this car will last as long as my previous 2010 X5.

This vehicle was very fun to drive, it is comfortable and sporty, and the handling was excellent. Barely any issues, just overall a great driving experience.

Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

Ibe had my car for almost 4 years I got it in highschool it is my first was got 2011 BMW X3 228i x-drive had 120k on it when I got it and now was 193k. I had no major issues besides replacing the coolant tank which was a quick fix and one of the gasket covers regular maintenance is just expensive but you know that before you buy. Great first car and super safe and reliable.

Sales person will very helpful. He did a video walk a round on the car. It looks like something I’m looking for.

I bought a 2023 Subaru Solterra online from Murray BMW and all went well. Very good communication, once we established a single primary contact. Gerrit was great to work with. Delivery went well- their Transport Coordinator, Matt, was equally on top of things. The only issue I had was a missing Owner's Manual, and they're working on finding me one now. I'd definitely recommend this dealership.
