I chose the M package with 20" wheels because it presented a sporty look and a lower stance. Comfortable, quiet and very good gas milage. The rear hatch provides you SUV capacity without detracting from the style of the car. Very pleased with my choice

STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! Car is amazing, basically a German Rolls Royce. Build quality is first rate. Very comfortable seats and multi adjustable with massage. User interface is great with a small learning curve. Very aggressive styling and the Swarovski running lights are super cool. Destroys the competition from Benz and Audi. Twin turbo V8 best engine built. If you’re looking for a big luxury cruiser, this his is it. A bit expensive but worth it. Best in class.

Went into see a couple of vehicles. Salesman was courtesy, didn’t pressure. We were able to test drive a few vehicles, still looking for the right car, overall good experience.

Highs: 1. It feels and drives like a BMW: sure-footed, agile, responsive and tight. 2. Materials, fit/finish, and aesthetics are good. 3. Tech is great, I particularly like the heads-up display. 4. All this in a small, practical package with decent storage space in the back. Lows: 1. Run-flat tires are firm and make the ride rough. I replaced mine with standard tires which meant purchasing an aftermarket spare. 2. Standard front seats are too short for anyone over 6'. I purchased one with the sport seats. 3. Ingress/egress is a little tight. 4. Worst glove box ever made; small and designed so that things fall out when opened. Overall, this is a great car IF you're looking for the driving experience of a BMW in a small, efficient package. If you're looking for the cushy ride of a Buick, this may not be for you.

I went online and found a car I liked. I contacted United BMW bought me a plane ticket from Arkansas was given great customer service found a nice Range Rover. I like to pay cash for it and drove it home no problems everything they said was legitimate. Thank you very much. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Vehicle is a strong performer (no surprise here given its "M" designation. No disapointments in that regard. Sport seats are very supportive; especially with the lumbar support adjustability. Cabin tech is abysmal though. Not at all intuitive; functions nested down menus where you would never expect them. Owners manual is 480 pages! Really ! While the vehicle makes me smile quite often the complexity of the cabin tech has me cursing every time I start the vehicle. The so-called "Genius" program help line only works Mon. - Fri. Central time in the US! Not too happy about that either.

My 2011 328i has just reached 223k miles. No timing chain replacement. Only oil changes and coolant flushes. Obviously break pads and rotors. It’s been amazing. Fun to drive although I get 22mpg average. As Long as you don’t touch it and don’t drive it like you stole it, you can count on it.

We were greeted right away as we exited our car. The salesman was polite and informative. He gave us plenty of alone time to look at the car we were interested in and answered our questions afterwards. There were a lot of cars options in the lot in all price ranges. I believe they also offer financing on many of the vehicles.

We’ve always been a BMW loving family and the recent purchase of this 10 year old car did not disappoint. Exceptional interior and exterior quality that has stood up over 10 years. Still looks new. Driving experience does not disappoint. Twin turbos that purr like a kitten and handling that hugs each curve and turn. Looking forward to purchasing my next BMW next year when replacing my SUV.
