I have bought several vehicles from Auto lenders and this is my second vehicle that I have purchased from Ryan. The visit was pleasant and the terms at first were not feasible. But I received a phone call the next morning and by the time I got there, the paperwork only needed my signature And my car was clean and ready to go.

To me, the M240i is the perfect size. It reminds me of the car that made me fall in love with BMW’s, my 1989 325i. The smooth delivery of power, brilliant handling and ergonomics all put a grin on my face every time I drive the car. I previously had an M235i, which I really liked, but this car exhibits a lot of improvements. While I’ll never like electronic steering as well as hydraulic, this car does it much better than the M235 did. The M235 had a “dead spot” on center which the M240 doesn’t have and the M240 is weighted better.

Staff is super friendly, welcoming and makes me not absolutely hating going car shopping. Christos (The Level Up Manager) and Juny my sales guy were incredibly nice and very straightforward about any questions I had about my new Durango or the process. 11/10.

I’ve had my 330e for almost a year. I love it! It rides as smooth as any three level BMW. It’s comfortable and it’s really beautiful.

Overall I had a great experience while purchasing my vehicle today. Purchased my 07 BMW 328xi (E90) quite used, with 189,000 miles on it, and nearly no issues at all but for a badly-needed head unit upgrade and probably a systems software update (since it has no USB drives built into it, I'm unable to download and install the system software updates myself. Not a huge fan of the clonky iDrive or whatever it's called; seems a bit overkill. The factory DVD drive exclusively for Nav installation updates (that are now so beyond obsolete, they aren't even available,) is one of the more ridiculous decisions BMW made with this car. No full-size spare on extra rim in the trunk, which I thought was a German automotive norm, having owned four Audi A4s prior to this BMW. I was more than a little disappointed to find not only no full-size spare, but not even the space for one if you wanted one, and not even a spare tire of any sort, not even a lousy donut. And I get it, BMW has great faith in their "run-flat" tires. But every Audi I've owned has had not only factory run-flat tires, but ALSO the full-size spare rim and tire in a special compartment under the trunk. I'm stumped as to this continued oversight in BMW's decisions. The trunk location of the battery was a surprise, though now, having located three individual positive charging prods (two on the battery in the trunk, one on the upper left near the washer fluid reservoir,) I am decidedly a fan of having flexibility in car positioning for jumping other cars. I can't be positive, but I assume the floor mats that came with mine are factory, based on what I've seen online and the weird and raggedy shape of these horrendous things. Total fail, if so. I've had better stock floor mats in junky minivans than these frumpy little, not-quite-sized-right and with a weird flap of carpeting that sticks nearly onto the accelerator pedal itself, although it's unable to be tucked at all into the space underneath the pedals. Yuck. I expected better than these. Factory speakers throughout entire car still nearly mint, sound fantastic, and the audio controls allow for some pretty unique audio options (like the option to have the music automatically increase in volume as the car increases in speed lol. That's a funky little quirky. Um, can we real talk, BMW, about this whole outdated 90's-style popout cupholder situation? 🤔 I won't pretend to understand what the heck went on during that embarrassing decision, but man, that's not a good look or functional, you guys. Yeesh. Otherwise, so far so good. Smooth, comfy, classic style, beautiful paint color, impressive little car.

As a BMW driver for decades (318i, 328i), I reluctantly switched to Tesla when the Model S became the first practical EV. I wanted to drive electric more than I wanted to be loyal to (IMHO) the best line of sedans and coupes on the planet. I loved the S, too, but after 12 years it was having problems, support was rotten, and it was time for a replacement. Fortunately, all the manufacturers have EVs now. Although I test drove several other makes, I was delighted to see that the BMW i4 was my favorite. When it started to look like tariffs were going to increase prices, I abbreviated my search and went for the Bimmer. By chance, the dealer had a 2024 shop loaner available with low mileage and a lower price than a brand new 2025 so I leased it. (Incidentally, it was less expensive in absolute dollars than the Model S was in 2012!) I'm glad I "pulled the trigger" when I did and I love the car. Handling is excellent. It "feels like" a BMW despite slightly lighter steering than my last 328. It's feature-rich and I'm still learning the ancillary controls. I'm OK with CarPlay although Tesla's own infotainment system is better. The driver assist is good and automatic stop/start in heavy traffic is a joy although I still prefer steering myself under better conditions. I think most BMW drivers will feel likewise. I haven't used self-parking other than a demo in the dealer's lot but I promise to try it. I don't expect to need a lot of service - it's an EV - but at least BMW takes phone calls! The cell phone app is better than Tesla's and it's NOT the only way to schedule service. My only real objection is the location of the charge port at right-rear which will make it awkward to use short-corded Tesla Superchargers even once BMW concludes a deal with Tesla. The i4 has more "hard" controls - which I prefer for eyes-on-the-road driving - than Model S but its voice recognition commands are more limited. Its navigator has the same voice as Model S but gives more frequent bum steers. All in all, I'm very glad I made the switch. And I didn't give money to the Little Dictator who works for the Big Dictator!

This car did meet all my requirements in a new car. It has the power and speed of the M series. The ride and handling are exceptional. The interior styling with blue stitching on the black leather is a class-act.

The BMW 330i from 2017 is my favorite BMW it has just enough legroom for me and my family but what I do not like about it is that it does not have a moonroof and the CID screen is too small and there is not very much AC controls in the back.

The car is beautiful inside and out. It has lots of space, the trunk is huge. There is ventilation in the front and back, multiple charging places, and all the great safety features.

Big Selection of cars, friendly stuff and good prices compared to other local places. Came over there to check few trucks they had on the website... After test driving Chevrolet, decided to check out a 2015 ram 1500, immediately fell in love with it and bough it. Highly recommend this place if you need a clean used vehicle.

Not the kind of car I expected, but I have been more than happy with it. The 2019 330i xDrive has been safe, efficient, and makes you feel like you are flying in a Boeing 777 or an F-18. It is quieter, meaner, and comfortable for long trips. That being said, some maintenance costs are high, but if you keep it for long run and maintain it thoroughly, it will last long enough.

Bought this for my wife to replace her older jaguar,nice car, Rides smoother than the jag ,good power, a bit small on inside,I drive a Hyundai Santa Fe limited,everything on this car is smaller,harder to see,placement of some controls a bit odd,no where near the equipment the Santa Fe has Considering what this would cost brand new,verse’s Santa Fe ,not really impressed.that being said it’s a nice enough car

Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.
