I called the dealership as I was very interested in an automobile that they had I spoke with Alan he was very nice I sent him photos and necessary information on my vehicle that I want to trade I reviewed their offer and it was very fair. After more consideration we decided to keep the car we have but when we do buy a high end car I will keep this dealership in mind.

Balanced Handling, good power, one of the best coupes on the market to date. Wanted to get BMWs best before they were gone for good.

Everything was good except I felt there was a lack of communication and updates on the vehicle and lack of a accurate time frame of when it would be done

My bad part is yes it took a while inside for me but again I was asking for a lot and besides the car smoke smell that I'm treating today. I can't say there wasn't no negative side. I've bought a lot of cars over the years and Alex and the management at Streetsboro VW made this the easiest purchase I can remember (except for the 500 mile drive to get there!). I have had my 2023 M760i since new. Yes 147k is a lot to spend on a car but it’s a lot of car ! I love this big beautiful beauty… I have put 36,000 miles on her in two years and have had a wonderful hassle free enjoyable ride. The service team at BMW of Stratham NH are great ! I’ve only needed oil changes and a couple recalls taken care of. I would buy this car again….

I met six professional minded individuals who treated me as I was one of their family. Started with my salesmen Marvin who took me from the get go then greeted me with his sales manager Alfonson upon my arrival. Met the President and many other dealership personnel with everyone was so pleasant. You heard me right Car buying made enjoyable. Oh the Car purchase, Porsche C4S Targa was under rated by the sales person as not a perfect used vehicle. He was wrong, the car is in the best shape car I have ever purchased. This car is incredible. Note that I might be a little biased because this was my dad's first M car way back when, and I was basically born in this thing, but my 2000 M5 isn't leaving my ownership anytime soon. Threw a pair of HRE's and Continentals on there, and the xxxx thing just goes wherever you want it to go! It performs better the harder you drive it. And as a family car to drive my friends and family around in, or even do grocery trips with some fun in between stoplights, this may be the perfect car. For the money that they go for now, you can't get much more bang for the buck out of any car. As of late Aug, 2022, their market values have been on the rise as they're becoming less "old cars" and more "vintage supercars". The model year is from 2000 to 2003. The 2003 models will usually have the alcantara interior instead of leather, and it's a little facelifted. Nothing too noticeable. My 2000 is incredible enough. Awesome legroom in the front and back, a very BMW-esque reliable and forgiving engine and platform for beginners, and speaking of beginners, this is the car I used to learn how to drive a stick shift. Amazing clutch feel and response, and i would 10/10 recommend that you get a manual over the automatics because this era was near the beginning of automatic transmissions and they weren't that great in any car until like 2006/07 to be honest. Hope this helped you decide to buy arguably the overall best car to come out of BMW's M division.

My 2011 328i has just reached 223k miles. No timing chain replacement. Only oil changes and coolant flushes. Obviously break pads and rotors. It’s been amazing. Fun to drive although I get 22mpg average. As Long as you don’t touch it and don’t drive it like you stole it, you can count on it.

I just perished a car from Prestige auto I never drove a car with lots electronic gadgets, Hugh took time explained the different gadgets. DJ took me though the paper work. I own a 2014 BMW 550i. My one important information that I would pass on is to make sure the Catalytic Converter after 4 years is free of debris because if you don't it could back up and blow a head gasket.. The Web design is not that big of an area and deposits can form on it and if it forms too much and that turbos trying to shove air down through there and if your exhaust can't get the air through it...then it will go back the way it came and then look out for trouble. It takes 4 years unless you are pumping garbage in your car. Thx, Eric

The car I always wanted. Paid $28,000 for the car and spend $26,000 in repairs using my 3rd party warranty. Car is like new and fun to drive. Repairs were split even between engine, roof and roof hydraulic. The car had only 24K miles on when I bought it. Car is a bless to drive.

I am a repeat customer and the Mazda vehicle speaks for itself... but GREAT customer Service cannot. When I was shopping to renew my lease, I was able to contact Charles Clark in VW - as I thought I might switch from Mazda to VW. When we could not get the pricing to work, Charles sent me to Ravi Patel. He was helpful, kind and very knowledgeable about all the products in my inquiries. Brought in my BMW X1 for check engine light. Chris was very helpful and checked me in right away. He also noticed a recall issue and made sure that was fixed too. Turns out the computer system needed updating. Car was done very next afternoon. No hassle.

The 2024 BMW X1 is nimble and responsive. It has an excellent memory for self-driving the car to back out of tight parking spots along the path the driver used to get into it. The car feels spacious inside and is easy to get into. My observed hwy mileage is 36mpg @ 75mph and 22mpg in suburban driving. It’s defects are: 1) the driver must learn how to start from a stop to avoid a sluggish pick-up or a sudden forward jerk; 2) the owner’s manual does not include directions for setting up the electronics, so the owner must resort to a complex cryptic in-car system that is difficult to sort through; 3) the built-in navigation system's is hard to use; the owner will resort to Waze or Car Play; 4) the car is bumpy on rough surfaces, and vibrates like a massage unit on washboard.

I purchased a Tesla from this dealership about a month ago. This was my first ev car purchase. Micheal Baldwin was extremely knowledgeable and helpful not only with helping me pick the right car. But even after I purchased the car stayed in contact with me making sure everything was right even sending me the correct adapters, I needed to plug in. Mike was super helpful and not pushy! Having driven my 2021 Lexus IS for a year, I started looking for a change...Yes, Lexus is a great car and I must admit - built quality, reliability and safety is by far one of the best...Yet, I was constantly having a bug in my head, especially while driving on highways...there was something that was not complete with this car and I was having a second thought about it...until finally I realized- I was not enjoying driving this car! Again, safety and reliability were great but was it really what I wanted from a luxury car (many would argue that it’s Toyota after all, but hey- Lexus has so many great features so don’t be cynic)! All my friends, who had BMWs, would tell me that I had to try a bimmer. And here I am, sold my Lexus and decided to give it a try with an entry level 2021 BMW 228i xdrive gran coupe (CPO). Man, were my friends right! What a joy to drive this vehicle (and I must say that BMW enthusiasts do not even classify 2 series as fun as 3 series RWD, for example)...Yet, my BMW’s engaging driving hooked me- this is what I was missing - car that is an ultimate driving machine! And better yet, my CPO vehicle comes with 2 more years of warranty and 1 year free maintenance! Enjoying every moment driving this car... Handling, acceleration (especially in a sport mode) is by far so much better than my former Lexus…and it drives complements! It has one weakness though - you will fall in love with this car and will likely never look back at any another brand! My next one will be the M model if I can afford it...one day!

Have had 5 3 series`, and I wont drive anything else, starting with a `78 323. Love the whole layout, including the battery...surprising power for a 4 cylinder. My last was an inline 6, and this is far quicker. I`m 6 ft tall, and the back seat is , well, a back seat. You have as much legroom as the front seaters allow, but even with the front seats pulled a few inches forward, there is still ample room in front (and back). Only drawback? The shift into second can be a little abrupt, that`s about it. Thx.

Great for a small/short person. Not comfortable for tall people. Love all the premium features. All leather interior, navigation, heated seats and steering wheel, memory seating. Electric adjustable passenger seat. Not a great sound system though.
