So my name is Dan, and I live ion Cape Cod MA I was looking for specific type of vehicle, which is a ram 1500 Longhorn Laramie edition. Replacing the one I have. Car gurus when you’re doing a search looks everywhere. Including Ohio. I was sent an email from the Internet manager Julia W and then called by a sales person. Brennan went out of his way to get me the details I needed in order for me to make a trip to Ohio and purchase a truck and then drive it home. In the meantime, I found a truck one state away, rather than seven states away, and I made a decision to purchase in Connecticut. I’m writing this review because Brennen and Julia his manager had a clear customer forward focus. They sent me photos of the truck on a lift for me to look for rust… As well as some detail photos for the paint and interior /- . can’t say enough good things About this dealership. It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

After searching the western/upstate NY area for a used truck and not finding what I was looking for, I ended up finding a few near each other in NE Ohio. One of those was here at Haasz. I got hooked up with Geno. Fantastic guy! Had the truck waiting for me, and tossed me the keys for a test ride the second I hit the lot. As it turned out, one of the trucks at another dealer was better suited for me - no reflection on Geno or his manager Justin. Had a great conversation with them, and though they really wanted to sell me their truck, they certainly didn’t make it an overly pressured, uncomfortable, or distasteful experience, and understood where I was coming from. I wouldn’t hesitate to make the ride down there again to do business with them…5 hours away!

I love the car and at the same time I can't help to hate it. What I love about the car would be the luxurious interior, comfortable and quiet cabin, smooth ride, ease of access, and a few extra features that were put in as an add-on. What I don't like about this car would be the poor fuel economy for the 30i model, especially when compared to the B-58 engine. Apple carplay connection issues, no option for remote start unless I want to void warranty, and no option for the iDrive Recorder App. Exterior Styling - 8.5/10 Interior Styling - 9/10 Comfort - 9.5/10 Cargo space - 8.5/10 Driving smoothness - 9.5/10 Horsepower - 7/10 Fuel Economy - 3/10 It's been an overall fun car to get around in. It's easy to get in and out of, smooth on bumpy roads, and it is quiet. The fact that only 2022 models and newer offer remote start and iDrive recorder is a big disappointment. But I think my biggest disappointment would be the fuel economy. As I had the B-58 in the past and averaged out 11.5L/100km and in this X3 am averaging 13.5/100km which was worse than my pick up truck. I might not keep this car for long-term just because of how poor the fuel economy is.

Absolutely loved my experience here! My service advisor Shelby kept me updated during a very crazy time of year, and was patient with my insurance, which was quite gruesome. And Harold made sure my car was well taken care of! I?d been having a hard time completing a recall, because I have a Toyota that was imported from Canada. But Toyota of Kent was able to resolve it for me!!!!!

Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

Shout outs r due when u meet someone that goes up and beyond ur expectations, that does not just they job but moves to make a customer happy in every form possible. I believe in reviews that share the good and bad and let others find help! With this being said I want to say Brooke Norman thank you!!!! I watch her run (literally) to make sure my request was getting done as I was throwing them at her. I texted call and push and not once did she not respond with out a smile and a vibrant attitude each time. I want to say thank you very much I appreciate all ur work to please me and that's what means the most in sells knowing Ull never see them and knowing the car was sold u still did ur thing. My bad part is yes it took a while inside for me but again I was asking for a lot and besides the car smoke smell that I'm treating today. I can't say there wasn't no negative side. Shout out to Emily and the guys up in the box that worked over 2 hours to make sure that I was leaving happy and got what I asked for. Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

Kelly Buchner kept me up to date on on repairs and even got me a ride home, when a part delivery was delayed.

I inquired online about a truck at Haasz Automall and Jessica Alldredge contacted me. I was planning on looking at it when circumstances arose on my part that prevented me in doing so. Unfortunately for me, I didn't buy from Hassz. I've had a terrible experience with the other dealership, and issues still aren't resolved. This is where Jessica Alldredge went above and beyond for me. She had reached out again to see how everything was going and if I was still interested in the truck. I told her I had bought elsewhere and was having a difficult time with the other dealership. We exchanged emails back and forth numerous times about the situation and she gave me ideas/advise about certain issues. She did all this for me when I had bought elsewhere. Jessica is a salesperson that truly cares about her customers, I regret not buying from her. I love that BMW makes a mid size suv that is part electric now. We purchased the x3 edrive. I do mostly local driving during the week so only need to fill up with gas once a month to every six weeks. Excellent car!

She's very attentive to detail, kindly provides answers to all my questions, and even after the purchase she keeps in touch to find out if everything works well and if there are no complains. I absolutely love this car. Sleek design, very sharp looking. Drives like a dream. It takes a bit to learn where controls are for dash but, once you got it down, its easy.

Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

I've had the 2025 X3 30 now for 5 months and it is great! It replaces our 2022 X3 that was recently totaled and both passenger walked away with just bruises so it is a safe car! This is one reason I purchased another X3. Big difference on the interior panel than the 2022 as everything has gone to touch screen for all controls which I not real fond about, even the owners manual is on the touchscreen software, The twin turbo gives plenty of power and the gas milage has improved from the older model. The gears change smoothly and the ride is also smooth. You now get a spare tire since BMW did away with the run flat tires which I hated as they did not wear great. The accessories offered in their package covers everything you want in an auto. I don't understand why the rear exhaust are hidden though as I like the chrome exhaust on my old 2022. This year the 3 was redesigned and it is slightly bigger.

I have this car for 26,000 miles now. This is the best X5 that I have ever owned. The new engine is great on the xdrive 40i. No need for the M60. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. Handling is great. Tires and much better than on the previous generation. The ride is tight and comfortable. They did an awesome job. Hopefully, this car will last as long as my previous 2010 X5.

I had a great experience when I bought my x4 at Cleveland BMW. Odin Greene was a very good sales person. He saw to it that all my requests were taken care of. I saw the car I wanted online, he held it for me until I could get there from DC, and all the transactions went smoothly. All other personnel were equally as cordial. This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle from Don Sitts automotive and just like before the entire experience was excellent. Just got a new Mazda thus week. I have had Mazdas since 1992 and never disappointed. They are dependable and reliable. The only time I have had any problems was when I was rear-ended by a semi years ago and even that was not the fault of my car. They are a dependable vehicle and not bad on price or looks! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

I bought a 2021 BMW X5 4.0 with the M Sports Package and this had been one of best vehicles ever owned. The reliability, comfort and curb appeal adds to it value. I traded a 2016 Lexus GX 460 for the X5 and have no regrets!

I cannot believe that BMW put a 4 cylinder with turbo in an X3. It is the single problem I have with my car. otherwise it is perfect. The 6 cylinder in my 2005 was Awesome!!!!! BMW stands for Performance, GIVE IT.

Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

I've bought a lot of cars over the years and Alex and the management at Streetsboro VW made this the easiest purchase I can remember (except for the 500 mile drive to get there!). Throughout the process they were reasonable and easy to work with. I was completely satisfied with the buying experience and would highly recommend the dealership to anyone looking to purchase a car.
