Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

Purchased a Grand Highlander at Woburn from out of state. Kayo was helpful and consistently available for communication prior to my arrival at the dealership, making the process mostly smooth once at the dealership. There was a minor issue in the finance office regarding out of state temp plates that was addressed and I was able to take the vehicle home same day. Even so, Kayo and Viviani from finance remained professional and supportive throughout. A few days after the purchase, I had a small hiccup at the DMV. I frequently change cars because I love to learn and experience new vehicles. I bought a new 2020 RR Defender and traded it after 5 months for the X5. I wasn't really looking for a new car but fell in love with the X5 while accompanying a friend on a test drive. I really like that it handles like an ultimate driving machine. And the drive characteristics are extremely customizable. It's quiet, quick and comfortable. No squeaks or rattles - the RR had a few. It's a solid German example of automotive excellence.
