It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

This model has great power when needed, the interior is very comfortable with decent space. If I could change one thing it would be placement of the rear door opener which presently is on driver side door. To relocate the button to the middle console to be accessible to the passenger besides just the driver.

2020 X1 w/sport seats and convenience package, purchased in 2023. Positive notes: It's a true BMW: sure-footed, agile, and no shortage of power when needed. It feels remarkably glued to the road despite its small size. Handles as well as my former 3 series and is just as fun to drive. Storage space is good. Ergonomics are good once you figure out all the technology. Negatives: Ride is a bit bumpy, even for a sporty car, which is apparently caused by the run-flat tires. If I was buying new, I'd get standard tires and a real spare, which fits in the storage space in the back. Sensatec seats are hot. In retrospect, I'd hold out for leather. Overall, I recommend this car if you're looking for something small, practical, full-featured and sporty.

Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.

This is an update from my February 1, 2019 review. I have now owned the vehicle for nearly seven years. I’ve personally driven nearly 20,000 miles in it. The vehicle now has nearly 50,000 miles on the odometer. I purchased it certified pre-owned from a BMW dealership. I have maintained the vehicle to manufacturer specifications. I have only paid for routine maintenance. I have paid for zero repairs. My previous review is confirmed. Full disclosure, two repairs were covered under warranty by the BMW dealership when I purchased the vehicle and one other repair was performed by a different BMW dealership due to their mistake during a routine service.

From the moment I inquired online about the availability of a car, the service was exceptional. When my husband and I arrived at the dealership, the staff greeted us warmly, were very efficient and took the time to understand our needs and preferences. They provided honest and transparent information about the available used cars, guiding us through the selection process without any pressure. During the test drive, the Mike, the sales person was knowledgeable and patient, answering all of our questions and addressing any concerns we had about the vehicle's history and condition. Have had great experiences here.bought a 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee 3 years ago that I’ve had no problems with. we just passed it down to my Daughter.A couple months ago we went and bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. When we test drove it we mentioned that the rotors looked a little beat up when we went and picked up the jeep it had brand new Pads and rotors on all 4 tires. We only mentioned the front. They go above and beyond to make sure there customers are happy. Defiantly will be going back for a third vehicle next year when my other daughter gets her license

The best handled large SUV I ‘ve ever drive. Much better than my previous large Mercedes SUV. Or my previous Land Rover Some of the plastic adornments outside looks cheap.

I took my X4 for oil change as per the car indicator of service. Getting the appointment online was very easy and convenient. I stayed in the dealership this time. They have ample and comfortable rooms with TV, wifi, coffee, tea, bottled water and snacks. They changed the oil and conducted a complimentary check of everything in the car, providing a list of potential future issues and the cost to fix them. Sometimes I don't stay at the dealership but BMW Norwood kindly give me a round trip free shuttlenservice to my office while they do the qorknon my car. I'm very satisfied with the service they provide.
