Went in this morning for a maintenance check up on my truck outstanding service as usual no complaints

Whenever my vehicle needs service I take it here. The service managers are really good to work with and I really appreciate them sending videos to my phone so I can see exactly what the technician is seeing. Pricing could be better and I think the 3% service charge on credit cards is nickel and diming customers otherwise they would get 5 stars.

Excellent repair work, excellent service, excellent pricing. I’ve been taking my vehicle to Bill Jacobs Bmw to repair for 14 years now. I recently took my seven series and Jacob Murrar took care of my vehicle. I am pleased with the service they do at that facility.

While traveling from out if state,we had a vehicle breakdown. At that time/day, all repair shops were closed. So taking a gamble we dropped the car off at Napleton Ford of Oaklawn. The techs at Napleton jumped on our issue right away and worked hard to help a family stranded on the road. We were back up and running in just a few days. Thank you Napleton Ford!!

This car is absolutely stunning I’ve owned mine for a year now and I love every single bit of it. The interior is 10/10 everything’s comfortable and high quality and even tiniest details like the seatbelt and the sunvisor is amazing quality, they really put thought in every decision designing this car. The exterior design is controversial but I love it, the interior design is simply perfect. Performance wise it’s absolutely amazing, getting launched from 0-60 in 3 seconds in an X7 sized vehicle is an incredible experience. BMW’s used to be unreliable but the new ones are more reliable than Honda, including this one! I absolutely love this car and the only slight downside is the depreciation but, most high end cars have that issue.

The salesman I worked with Joe Kendall was excellent. The day after the purchase I noticed that a light strip was missing on one of the outside mirrors. The service dept fixed it. I absolutely loved my service from Zeigler of Orland Park. I drove 2hours away from the the location and received excellent service. Grant and Colleen were exceptional and had all my paper work ready for me to sign. When I test drove the car Colleen made sure I had a full tank of gas before leaving. Liked the outside design, I got the M package, red calipers etc... Not use to having a gear level, miss my analog gauges In previous 5 . Top of dash grill has a cheap feel, plastic.

Purchased a 2021 cert pre-owned from dealer w/ 26k miles. 530i xdrive, car handles like a true Beamer, so tight and feels great driving. A little disappointed the entire 5-series class isn't 6 cylinder however the 4 turbo feels like one anyways, only with improved gas mileage, so not really a compliant just a preference. The dealer recommended using premium fuel, and I use it maybe once a month to keep the engine running smooth and also 10k in between oil changes. Pretty nice! Would absolutely purchase again. Next major service at 80k as well.

I decided to drive for service to Honda Superstore in Lisle, and wished I had bought my Honda initially from them. Service is top notch. They care about the cars and the people that drive them. Flash to today. I’m in the market for a new car- a Honda. I drove the extra 5 miles- to Honda Superstore in Lisle- and was greeted by a kind- knowledgeable Salesmen named Brad Brost, and also met the Sales Mgr. Brent Reeves. They listened to my concerns- and treated me- a single woman walking in the door- with the compassion and respect as a consumer- I deserve. I’m walking away today with the perfect car for me. Keeping my selection in the Honda family- and staying loyal to this dealership- makes me have pride in not only my new car investment- but the lic. 2020 X1 w/sport seats and convenience package, purchased in 2023. Positive notes: It's a true BMW: sure-footed, agile, and no shortage of power when needed. It feels remarkably glued to the road despite its small size. Handles as well as my former 3 series and is just as fun to drive. Storage space is good. Ergonomics are good once you figure out all the technology. Negatives: Ride is a bit bumpy, even for a sporty car, which is apparently caused by the run-flat tires. If I was buying new, I'd get standard tires and a real spare, which fits in the storage space in the back. Sensatec seats are hot. In retrospect, I'd hold out for leather. Overall, I recommend this car if you're looking for something small, practical, full-featured and sporty.
