I can honestly say that after buying and leasing cars for over 30 years this is the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership! First I will start with my salesman Alfredo Barros. I reached out to the Delray Beach Dealership to inquire about an M4 2026. Within an hour, Alfredo had done a complete check of every M4 that met my criteria. He followed up with me after emailing and texting me several M4s that I might be interested in. He answered every question about the options on each car to make sure I knew every option that was included in the build. He was very knowledgeable and even though I have had several M BMW Models, he explained a few things I didnt know. Like the difference between the Full and Extended Merino leather packages. I had 2 other M4s that I was looking at at two other dealerships here in South Florida that also met my criteria. Alfredo asked me to come by the dealership to see it in person. Mainly to see the full Merino Red Leather package. By the time I arrived at the dealership, he had the car full washed and ready for me to see in its best condition. He then offered for me to take it for a test drive. While on the test drive, Alfredo explained a few things that are new on the 2026 M4 from the previous M4 I purchased a few years ago. After the test drive, we came inside to go over the numbers. It was at this time that Alfredo introduced me to Wonnell Godfrey. Wonnell was very professional, knowledgeable, and honest and upfront. He went over all of the information and provided a few different options depending on the down payment I was looking to make. He and Alfredo made me feel really at home not only showing me that they wanted my business, but that they both valued my business. Of course 50% of my decision was the car and the options it had, but the reason I went ahead and made the decision to lease the car from Delray Beach BMW without going to the other two dealerships was simple. As representatives of the business, my interactions with Alfredo and Wonnell won my business! I am a business owner for over 25 years. Yes, price is important but for me its not as important as the people I am doing business with. I knew after meeting with these guys, this was the dealership I wanted to do business with. By the time I started signing paperwork I felt like I was dealing with friends. Alfredo even bought me lunch, which showed his level of integrity since he already had my business. Not all dealerships are created equally, and after being in and out of BMW dealerships in South Florida for over 15 years, my future business will now exclusively be with Delray Beach BMW. I've had the 2025 X3 30 now for 5 months and it is great! It replaces our 2022 X3 that was recently totaled and both passenger walked away with just bruises so it is a safe car! This is one reason I purchased another X3. Big difference on the interior panel than the 2022 as everything has gone to touch screen for all controls which I not real fond about, even the owners manual is on the touchscreen software, The twin turbo gives plenty of power and the gas milage has improved from the older model. The gears change smoothly and the ride is also smooth. You now get a spare tire since BMW did away with the run flat tires which I hated as they did not wear great. The accessories offered in their package covers everything you want in an auto. I don't understand why the rear exhaust are hidden though as I like the chrome exhaust on my old 2022. This year the 3 was redesigned and it is slightly bigger.

Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.

I have this car for 26,000 miles now. This is the best X5 that I have ever owned. The new engine is great on the xdrive 40i. No need for the M60. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. Handling is great. Tires and much better than on the previous generation. The ride is tight and comfortable. They did an awesome job. Hopefully, this car will last as long as my previous 2010 X5.

We take trips to Cashiers/Highlands NC frequently. The drive is just over 5 hrs an it flies by quickly as the car is so comfortable. The peppy V8 has lots of power to pass quickly on the highway when necessary. Once we get into the mountains it feels great to switch from Eco mode to sports mode to attack those tight turns :)

DRIVEN BENTLEYS 15 YEARS. 2015 GT 14,000 MI. WATER PUMP LEAKED AND FOUND DEFECTIVE. (SHOULD LAST 70-100,000 MI) PEGGY OBTAINED PAYMENT FOR THE DEFECTIVE PART FROM BENTLEY BUT NOT FOR THE INSTALLATION. I HAD TO PAY $2000. WROTE TO BENTLEY CEO WITH NO RESULT. I BELIEVE THAT A "QUALITY LUXURY" COMPANY SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DEFECTIVE PARTS THEY INSTALL. THE MANUFACTURER OF THE DEFECTIVE PART AS WELL. i WILL CONTINUE TO FIGHT FOR THIS PRINCIPLE.

Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

For my this is Perfect car I ever have, 100 percent I can tell it is very very good. Already I done 6000 miles and not change my opinion

Liked the outside design, I got the M package, red calipers etc... Not use to having a gear level, miss my analog gauges In previous 5 . Top of dash grill has a cheap feel, plastic.

Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.
