I purchased my vehicle on Thursday and was scheduled to pick it up Friday afternoon. Since the service department was slightly behind, the team kindly let me road test the car over the weekend. On Monday, I returned as planned, and the service department set up everything seamlessly — including a temporary loaner while my vehicle received final prep and detailing under the Wyler Assurance Plan. The entire process was smooth and professional. My sales rep, Andre Thomas, was phenomenal from start to finish. I couldn’t be more pleased. STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! This car is absolutely gorgeous! The pictures and videos that Jose sent me don’t do it justice. It has so many features that it’s going to take me a minute to learn how to use them all but, I very excited to learn. It drives and sounds like a dream; I love the way it purrs!

I purchased my BMW Z-3 (6-liter engine) when it was brand new, 1998. It is the BEST car I have ever owned. (I've had Mercedes Benz, Thunderbirds, Corvettes in the past.) This baby is now 25 years old, and has 71,000 miles on it. I bought the hardtop for it, and keep it on the car all the time now. (Too much trouble to take off and put it on the rack in the garage.) Very few repairs were needed in the past, and I've had the oil changed, etc. every year, purchased new tires like the original Michelins, and kept this car garaged. I also purchased a BMW luggage rack, and a BMW hard suitcase that snaps onto the rack, because the trunk is small. I am a small woman ("ole lady now") and this car has been perfect for everything from long road trips, to maneuvering around town into tight parking spaces. It is classic black, and I STILL get compliments on it every single day!!! No, it is not for sale.

In the past we owned a 2013 328. Loved that car. Purchased this 2019 430i a week ago. It’s basically the exact same car inside as it was in 2013. No real complaints, if it works it works I guess. Car still very comfortable and stylish looking. Handles very well, good power with the 2.0t. Look forward to having this car for years to come

I love my 335is sedan. It has the sport and winter packages, was about 50k when new, I got mine for $5500 with 150 k on it. 3.0 twin turbo motor runs great, loads of torque and power. 0-60 under 5 seconds and 30 mpg on the highway is a great combination. N54 motor has forged internals and is upgradable to 600 horsepower with mostly bolt-ons, check You Tube to see how this car is being bought by people looking to get big horsepower for relatively little money. It's not exactly cheap to do, but cheaper than most. This is an amazingly beautiful car as well, mine is black and when detailed, looks like a brand new car that gets thumbs up and positive comments from strangers at 7-11. I painted the silver sport rims gloss black, bought a $150 carbon fiber rear trunk spoiler and added some M badges and the car looks great.. I think it is one of the nicest looking sedans ever made. Get one before they disappear like old Supras, 240 sx's, and Datsun 510's from the 70s. Great car.
