This car is simply amazing. It's my second electric car and my first BMW. The i5 gives me what I never knew I was missing from my previous car (Tesla Model 3). First, the comfort and silence of the i5's cabin is significantly better than anything I've driven before. It takes the bumps so comfortably and I love how my trips on the interstate are surprisingly quiet inside. The styling is gorgeous, too. Classic BMW sedan look, brought a few years into the future. Great balance between aggressive and refined. Inside, I love the giant display. Everything's there in sight, without having to switch back and forth between screens. Plus, I have just the right amount of physical controls so I don't have to use the touch screen all the time. Finally, the performance is incredible. I've got several modes to choose from, to fit my driving for the trip. Sport is obviously my favorite, especially with the sounds that are included! This was definitely the most expensive vehicle I've bought, but overall, I have no regrets... fit, finish, and feature-set are all top notch.

About two weeks ago, I found a Lexus RC 350 at CarGurus and I stopped by for some window shopping and ran into Lou, who was helping another customer at the time. I have purchased new and used cars before, from different dealerships all over the Atlanta area. A total of 10 counting this one. Plus 2 bikes, but I'm not counting those. I have had absolutely TERRIBLE experiences, and I have had okay experiences. This was, without a doubt the best of them. What made the difference- Sam Rangel. My wife shopped around online and found a van she wanted to look at, and it happened to be at the Hardy Superstore. She went by herself to check it out. She met Sam. Sam was the opposite of what many come to think of when they think of a used car salesman. Sam was very kind and helped her. He listened to her and genuinely desired to help her find what she was looking for. I know most good sales people are like that, but there are some that don't have a customer service quality to them, but Sam does. She never felt pressured. Sam made us feel like he was on our side of things- whether it was the vehicle, the negotiation, the financing, or whatever. He was our representative. I love looking at cars, and investigating them, but absolutely HATE haggling and the actual car buying part. Sitting and waiting forever, going back and forth. Then when you are done, you have to wait for the vehicle to be cleaned and gassed...ugh. Did I say I HATE car buying? So this time, I done the whole deal with Sam through text messaging! A first for me. Whenever I asked for something, Sam replied. Sam's manager, and Finance closer- Mitch Feraco made a great team. And he had the van ready so when we got there, we signed and drove away! So, if you find a vehicle at the Hardy Superstore, or need someone to help you find one, call Sam Rangel- you wont regret it. I absolutely love this car. I’ve owned it for over a year purchased and certified preowned with 26,000 miles and currently has 48,000 miles. I previously owned a 2022 Lexus iS 350 which I also liked and a 2017 Lexus iS 300 really enjoyed owning both but this one is the best of both worlds. Its fuel efficient and a joy to drive every day. Maintenance will be slightly higher than the Japanese brand. It’s a delightful vehicle for long trips. Highly recommend.

I purchased the 540i xDrive with shadowline package in March 2022. The exterior is absolutely beautiful, The vehicle handles very well. Excellent acceleration. I love the option to be able to switch driving element from economy, comfort or sport. Driver assist works great; even on curves. There’s not much back seat room to move your feet, or if you have big feet, but overall a very comfortable vehicle. I can’t think of any other luxury sedan I’d select over it.

This is an excellent car. I was surprised by the acceleration of the electric motor when driving in the electric mode. The transition between the electric motor and the gasoline engine is seamless. This is a great car and it has exceeded my expectations. I ony have to go to the gas station about once a month. Over 60 percent of my driving is on the electric motor.
