I have had my 2023 M760i since new. Yes 147k is a lot to spend on a car but it’s a lot of car ! I’ve only needed oil changes and a couple recalls taken care of. I would buy this car again….

The service department receives high volumes of customers, but James is always ready to give his customers great service and honest assessments and results. While convenience is also a reason I take my vehicle to Koons, pricing is also competitive and I prefer using OEM parts for my vehicle.

Select Auto Imports is a highly professional group. I purchased a Range Rover from a different state without seeing the car. Paperwork was arranged by them via Fedex quickly. They are very knowledgeable and experienced with out-of-state transactions. The car was exactly as described by Select Auto in excellent condition with no surprises and no hassles. This is a very trustworthy group and I highly recommend them. Buying a car from a different state ended up being a better buying experience than visiting my local dealers.

I really like this car. It's very responsive, fast, stable, great turning and traction on the road. I gave it all 5 stars but please know that I ordered it new with the features and interior that I wanted. I live in the North East, so I got the all-wheel-drive.

Overall very good experience. Attentive sales process, appropriate follow up and good financing offered thru BMW. Could have used more time going over all of the cars features and infotainment system. Only other issue was that car was delivered with substantially overinflated tire pressures - 48psi

The best car buying experience I’ve had in my over 20 years buying vehicles. They were doing a complete remodel of the building and working out of trailers but still provided a top notch experience. Once I went to finance to sign papers Hannah greeted me with a smile and made me feel at home just as Ceandria did earlier. Hannah was able to provide me with information about different payment options, rates and any available add-ons with great knowledge and understanding. She was very easy to talk to and easily described all of my options in purchasing my new car. It is easy to tell that both Ceandria and Hannah enjoy their jobs, do them exceptionally well and with confidence. Both made me feel at home. Purchased a 2021 cert pre-owned from dealer w/ 26k miles. 530i xdrive, car handles like a true Beamer, so tight and feels great driving. A little disappointed the entire 5-series class isn't 6 cylinder however the 4 turbo feels like one anyways, only with improved gas mileage, so not really a compliant just a preference. The dealer recommended using premium fuel, and I use it maybe once a month to keep the engine running smooth and also 10k in between oil changes. Pretty nice! Would absolutely purchase again. Next major service at 80k as well.

Service was good,, but was asked to come back. Parts ordered was delivered and received, but it was not the right one. Has to work half day for 2 days.

Great overall experience. Casey was good to work with in sales. He was knowledgeable and no pressure. Prices were better than nearby dealerships for similar used models. Slight hiccup with the business office team during pickup. They couldn’t find my paperwork from a couple days before. It caused a few minutes delay but the team was professional and helpful throughout. Hopefully titling and registration goes quickly.
