I purchased a Ram truck from these gentlemen. They are very accommodating brought it to downtown on a Friday for me to look at it. Then delivered it to my home once I decided to purchase it. Only thing… it was delivered empty lol, guess I burned up all my gas with the Hendersonville to Nashville and back then delivery. For real though great people.

From the moment I sent in inquiry through CarGurus to arriving home in the car I purchased from Next Ride Motor, I would have to say that I could not have asked for a better car buying experience. Considering I was from out of town, Trich, my sales person contacted me regarding my inquiry and told me what I needed to know about the car. I made an offer on the car and she immediately got back with me on the price. After agreeing on a price and Trich sent me a buyer's order and I made arrange to get financing on my own. She was in contact with me throughout the financing process as I made arrangement to drive to Nashville and pick up the car. Trich checked on me throughout the trip to confirm my arrival time so she would be at the dealership when I arrived, considering she typically came in later, when she wasn't working from home. I mentioned to Trich that I needed to back on the road within an hour of my arrival; let's just say that the process was so seamless after test driving and looking the vehicle over, that I had time to grab lunch before getting back on the road. I had compared prices throughout the US on the make and model I purchased, and couldn't find a better deal anywhere. Again, I don't think I could have asked for a better customer service experience, thanks to Trich.

This vehicle was very fun to drive, it is comfortable and sporty, and the handling was excellent. Barely any issues, just overall a great driving experience.

My second X3 and love it more than the first!I especially like driving in the sport mode. Great feel and ride and the gas mileage stays about the same.

This is a REALLY late review lol but i just want to say I LOVE this small dealership. I got the car I’ve always wanted from here. I bought my lovely all white 2013 Honda Civic back in October 2020 and its still treating me well till this day! They work with you to fit your needs and budget. I was doubting myself, thinking I wasn’t going to be able to get the car since it was my first time buying a car on my own, and been turned down by every car dealership...but they worked with me and i was rolling out with my new car in minutes! I truly recommend this place!

STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! I purchased this car in 2017 it was a high mileage off lease corporate vehicle, 78K miles to be exact. Outside of normal wear and tear, the only issues I've had was/is a gasket somewhere that made smoke on the interior coming through the vents and my amplifier went out on me. The car now has a few miles under 200K and still runs like a dream.

Not the kind of car I expected, but I have been more than happy with it. The 2019 330i xDrive has been safe, efficient, and makes you feel like you are flying in a Boeing 777 or an F-18. It is quieter, meaner, and comfortable for long trips. That being said, some maintenance costs are high, but if you keep it for long run and maintain it thoroughly, it will last long enough.

The staff is friendly, temporary showroom is comfortable and note they are renovating the original showroom. Finance Director was fair and provided full disclosure explaining the financial aspects and other additional options on the transaction with no sales pressure.

Great navigation system, roomy interior, stylish, easy to drive, large trunk space. The memory seat adjustment is a plus. Also has a great sound system.

The sales clerk I spoke with was an xxx hole that has not been trained in sales. If he had been a somewhat professional individual I would have purchased the car. I bought the exact same car from another dealer and am giving you the worst rating possible!

I love the M-sport package look on this car. It looks sleek and sporty. With a cold air intake this car sound beautiful. Rides great and can save a lot of gas in eco mode vs sport mode. Paddle shifters are fun and responsive.

I found Next Ride Motors through a vehicle search on CarFax. That’s right, I want to know history and a CarFax value as I shop! I purchased a 2017 Lincoln MKX Reserve on Monday July 15, 2024. Why? So many answers. All of their vehicles have a Carfax and are priced within reason of Carfax values. The vehicles are unlocked so just walk the lot, open and look at any or all of them. No salesperson chasing your xxx around! Oh, just show your license and test drive alone! Trish and her dog Bubbles were my sales team. Trish handled all the human stuff while Bubbles did a lot of lovin’ and talking, just sayin’. Here’s a beautiful thing! With no trade I was out the door all in for $13,500. I live in an apartment complex and have a garage. My garage neighbor just purchased a $75,000 Lexus RX350. Thanks to Next Ride Motors, I am far happier with my gently used MKX. Great for a small/short person. Not comfortable for tall people. Love all the premium features. All leather interior, navigation, heated seats and steering wheel, memory seating. Electric adjustable passenger seat. Not a great sound system though.

I always love BMWs. This is my favorite and most reliable. It's a 2012 with 90k miles and is experiencing only "older car" issues. Love the ease of the top and the size is perfect for me. Warning: be careful of servicing at dealerships. My top was stuck up. Dealership told me $3500 to fix. My regular mechanic told me it was only a little plastic piece and replaced for $0. Dealership: Fermin BMW in Palm Harbor, FL. Avoid them.

A friend had referred Jack Goodner for me to go see and hopefully find a car. Unfortunately I was looking for some very specific things on my car, and they did not have but I would definitely recommend Jack to any of my friends and I would go back to see him in the future. He was very patient and never made me feel rushed. I think he would've let me test drive 10 cars if I had wanted to.

The two-door coop is a great ride. Has economy to sport settings to adapt to your riding style. Corners great, accelerates as needed. Getting about 25 mpg mostly local driving. 30 mpg highway.
