We decided to purchase a couple of Jeeps. Ourisman was the only place that had the model we wanted so I decided to make the trip from NM. I thought is was a crazy idea but with the pandemic going on it seemed fitting to do something crazy. I had pleasant experience. So ended up buying 2 Jeeps and because the transport was 2 months out I flew there twice. The guys are fantastic. The price we agreed on is the price I paid. People should be able to understand the advertised price includes incentives they might not qualify for. It is the name of the game. But look at the bottom line and likely the price from Ourisman will be better than the rest. The sales person was great and Younes, the general manager, as well as Simo, the sales manager, make the buying experience pleasant.

Most comfortable car I have ever driven. My 6th BMW. So easy to get into tight parking spaces. Brakes a bit tight- need to get used to!

The 2024 BMW X1 is nimble and responsive. It has an excellent memory for self-driving the car to back out of tight parking spots along the path the driver used to get into it. The car feels spacious inside and is easy to get into. My observed hwy mileage is 36mpg @ 75mph and 22mpg in suburban driving. It’s defects are: 1) the driver must learn how to start from a stop to avoid a sluggish pick-up or a sudden forward jerk; 2) the owner’s manual does not include directions for setting up the electronics, so the owner must resort to a complex cryptic in-car system that is difficult to sort through; 3) the built-in navigation system's is hard to use; the owner will resort to Waze or Car Play; 4) the car is bumpy on rough surfaces, and vibrates like a massage unit on washboard.

I have been searching for a car for roughly a week or little more. A few other dealerships were misleading with their inventory and general information about the vehicles they did have. THAT IS NOT THE ISSUE HERE!!! They were completely transparent and honestly a pleasure to do business with. I was in and out so quickly with my new vehicle as well as laughs throughout the interaction. I would recommend them over and over again!!

I've had this car for over a year now and I am generally impressed....drives great (even in snow), is quite comfortable, has lots of features, decent electronics, gets excellent mileage with and without the battery. Negatives: cheap "leather" interior, door sill is too wide to get out without getting dirt on the back of your leg (even without the options step), backup cross traffic safety is useless unless you are backing into a wall, and the hands-free lift gate is disabled if you get a trailer hitch. All fixable if BMW but some effort into it.

White Marsh CarMax treated me excellent. After being married for 34 years,I had never bought a car on my own. My husband had done all the dealings for all our cars. He passed away 11 months ago. It was certainly a big life issue for me. My salesman Zack was very professional and not pushy at all.My daughter has dealt with Carmax for her cars in the past. She convinced me to try them. I can say I was not let down in any way. I traded my car and bought a 2016 Toyota Rav4. Very low mileage and like new.Drives so smooth. Only 2000 miles of which 500 is highway. First positive impressions are: extraordinary quiet, impressive acceleration, above average ride and comfort. Great front and side vision. Very comfortable seats. Lots of interior room. Negatives are: incredibly complex systems to do simple things, exterior styling is an "acquired taste", rear vision is marginal. Odd door handles inside and outside. It is still too early to make a definitive assessment of this vehicle. Other than an intermittent annoying creak in the passenger window area that is hard to replicate at the dealership, the build quality seems very good. This is not a big Lexus or Mercedes sedan, but rather a very good SAV. Range is 300+ with the 21" wheels. Charging is easy and relatively fast with a good DC charger. True 11KwH on 48 amp home charger. Driver assistance package works well. Steering is a little light but no issues with the shape of the wheel. There will be some adjustment to this type of vehicle, but it has been easier than I anticipated. Registering it as an EV, leased out of state, was a frustrating experience and the extra fees for EV licensing are ridiculous.

My wife and i just moved from pa to md. We just bought a new vehicle and had to navigate through the process of switching registration and insurance over to md. Jason was very helpful with getting it done. Everyone at BMW of Bel Air is top shelf.

If you want an SUV that is not bulky and still have the feel of driving a sedan, this is the vehicle for you. It is very comfortable on road trips, better than the X1 or X3 when it comes to how comfortable the seat is for the driver. I test drove other X models and the seats were not as comfortable and they felt bulky and more like a truck than a car on the road. This is definitely a crossover with all of the luxuries of a sedan in an suv.

I just bought a 2020 Ford Transit from Trust Auto in Maryland, thanks to Vlad, it went well despite the fact that I live in Florida. I love this car, it has all the bells and whistles of a luxury car and a 300 mile range, full electric. I had the level 2 charger hooked up at my house and haven't been to the gas station since! This car does things I didn't even know it does--it can parallel park itself, pull out of a parking position by itself by using your phone (if you are parked too close to other vehicles to open door or if the car is in a muddy spot). After driving up to my gate callbox a few times (the clicker doesn't work so I have to enter the code) the car noticed I rolled the window down at that location, and asked if I'd like to have it automatically lower when we approach (which I do)! I love being able to put my foot under the hatchback if my hands are full and the trunk opening automatically. I was worried about running out of a charge, and granted, I haven't gone on any long trips yet, but charging overnight at home works perfectly fine for day to day usage. It is an expensive car, but I got a great deal leasing it and I think it's worth it. Slightly less trunk space than the x5 which I had before this, but as my kids have grown and moved out, I don't really need it as much. Surprising amount of torque--my husband was impressed.
