Great response in getting back to in a timely fashion. I liked the sales staff. If they didn’t have an answer to a question they found it real fast and answered the question.

Great car. I was always a Toyota man, but wife liked the styling of the X2. I am happy I bought it. Superb handling, excellent gas mileage (25-27) overall. I am very happy with the X2.

My husband had purchased a mini cooper five years ago and we've enjoyed that car. When it came time for me to replace my VW Jetta we immediately decided to go back to Motorwerks. Stephanie was great in taking the time to visit with me prior to our visit in order to determine our needs. When there, she had both the Clubman and Countryman lined up together so we could really compare the two models. That was so helpful, as well as determining if I wanted to switch over to automatic. She took her time explaining everything clearly. I decided on the Clubman with manual transmission and it was ordered that day. Stephanie contacted me the following day to confirm the order, and she asked me if I wanted to consider ordering a covering over the trunk area; in talking with us the other day she thought it would be something we wanted to add. We thought that was very thoughtful, and we did add that feature. Stephanie kept us in the loop about our order and our car arrived as expected, with no delays. The whole process was so relaxed and Ryan was helpful with the financing. I've been driving my Clubman for less than a week but I'm really enjoying it. This dealership is smart in that they do give you the basic knowledge of operating the vehicle, and then in a couple weeks they recommend scheduling a visit to go over any operational questions you might still have, and at that time they fill up your tank and clean out your car. You can still contact them with questions at any time as well. We highly recommend buying from this dealership.

Reliable and high performance BMW x1 with excellent value for the money. It’s exactly the same as an x3, but smaller cargo space. Easily fits 2 rear passengers.

My experience with Land Rover Jaguar Richfield was excellent. Janna was incredibly responsive and proactive from my very first virtual interaction. When I first inquired on a previously owned Range Rover via Cars.com, it turned out to not be quite the package I wanted. (My mistake; I hadn’t noticed the rose gold accents. No thank you.) It looks awesome, sounds awesome, behaves like my M8 did, except it's larger and more trunk space, very ergonomic, and visually impressive inide out. Best SUV I have leased so far. Drives like a car, seats are awesome. I have the M Sport options. Didint feel like waiting for the M60. Everything this SUV offers is top of the line and feels like it. The two bad things though, is the climate control system is part of the infotainment system. Very annoying to operate. You have to control everyting from the touch screen. The other bad thing is BMW's need to electrify the folding and moving of the 2nd and 3rd row. If its raining, youre pretty much standing in the rain for 30 seconds as the seats move around to let you in the third row. I have 22"'s and it rides pretty smooth, was expecting a harder ride.

Best dealer experience ever. They will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. Even though I purchased a used vehicle, Kate treated me like I was an important customer and made a point to check in to make sure I was enjoying the vehicle. I had a small issue with my sunroof and Kate and Alex worked hard to make it right and make sure I had a good experience.

If you want an SUV that is not bulky and still have the feel of driving a sedan, this is the vehicle for you. It is very comfortable on road trips, better than the X1 or X3 when it comes to how comfortable the seat is for the driver. I test drove other X models and the seats were not as comfortable and they felt bulky and more like a truck than a car on the road. This is definitely a crossover with all of the luxuries of a sedan in an suv.

Listened to the voicemail and we was very pleasant in his message and if we were interested to call and let him know. He reached out the next morning, we set up a time and test drive and talked. Prior to my purchasing a 2024 BMW X5 plug in hybrid, I had both an electric and gas powered cars due to a fear of traveling long distances with an electric vehicle. I researched both traditional hybrid and plug in hybrid coming to conclusion that plug in was perfect for my needs. BMW X5 e had the longest range so I decided to purchase one a month ago. I have driven the car approximately 900 miles on one and a half tank of gas and several nightly charges. The quality of the car is exceptional and I love the performance. I would highly recommend this car.

I've had three 2015 X1's. Drove the wheels off one, one got stolen and on my third. Love this car! So economical and the gps is off satellite, not cell tower. Get maps ANYWHERE, for life. I only have 72k on it and will be my last vehicle.

This car is outstanding in every way the performance is unmatched. I have driven many BMW M cars and this one is the best ever at doing everything well. With that being said make sure you put aside some funds for the warranty to provide peace of mind because repairs can be expensive. Also winter tires are a must for winter driving

I read the reviews here prior to purchasing over a year ago, and now that I've had 30k miles to reflect back on this purchase (78k total), I think the lack of reviews seems to be pretty indicative of what ownership is like. Zero reliability problems, maintence has been cheaper than my 15' Tahoe (awful car, btw), and I've become numb to the ease of ownership because I've found nothing major to complain about with it.. and trust me, I tried. I average 35-40 mpg on a 50 mile round trip commute and I charge at night. I don't even notice when the engine kicks on (I have to look at the tachometer to know unless I'm gunning it), but when it is on, this thing is a little rocket. I wasn't quite ready for a full EV and this has far exceeded my expectations for bridging that gap, so much so that I drove a 2018 X5 35i and it felt like I went back to the stone age. Only minor complains: Cabin so insanely quiet I hear little crackles in the interior when I smack potholes, infotainment is complex (every BMW has this issue), and I can only get 18ish miles out of pure EV mode. The fact there are hardly any bad reviews of this car on here (aside your typical Karens) just tells me that owners, like myself, have nothing we need to shout from the rooftops to forewarn about. I've recommended this car to friends and family, I'd buy another one, and I concede that there's always the possibility something eventually could go wrong.. it's a car after all. Do your maintenance kiddos

Second X6. Very comfortable and confident auto. Tried others - Mercedes, Land Rover and came away wanting the X6 again. Nice and tight, full of more functions than truly necessary and safety is evident. I look for every opportunity to drive this vehicle and I have enjoyed every mile. No surprises. It just does what it is supposed to do - very comfortably!

This BMW is the most luxurious car for a full sized SUV. BMW has really beaten the competition with the X7. The car drives so smooth but you don’t feel like it’s a very large suv. My wife was extremely impressed with how easy it was to drive! The whole car is so well made and I’ve loved having it. The infotainment system is beyond any car in its class. Great job BMW!

Perfect 10 was a great place to deal with when buying. We had our 2013 GMC Acadia totalled we saw one there that was really great shape for the price they held it for almost a month before the insurance settlement thank you

The BMW X1 is fun to drive. The sunroof is awesome. This is a nice small SUV that has plenty of trunk space. I would recommend buying this car
