We knew the car we were getting before we got there. Did check out on the internet before we went, made an appointment with Owen and went up. Was greeted by a nice lady who got Owen for us . He brought the car around and said to drive it around for awhile and he would checkout my trade. After all was said and done we got the car we wanted at the price we wanted and a little more for our trade then we thought.we met with the general manager and the finance man. Everybody there was fantastic!!! Definitely would recommend the dealership and ask for Owen he was great.

Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

Sam Azar was a big help! I like how the dealership is organized. I wish it would have been a little shorter wait for this recall.

I bought a 2021 BMW X5 4.0 with the M Sports Package and this had been one of best vehicles ever owned. The reliability, comfort and curb appeal adds to it value. I traded a 2016 Lexus GX 460 for the X5 and have no regrets!

Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

I’ve owned two 2015 X5D’s - daily driven for 7 years for a combined 173,000 miles (sales job), I averaged 29MPG on each tank in mixed driving (38+mpg on hwy using renewable diesel in CA), and it’s been so much more reliable than any gas car I’ve owned… The only car that compares in reliability is two BMW 328 diesels I’ve owned - I’m not going back to gas cars. I may consider Cayenne diesel as the only other alternative daily driver, otherwise I’ll stay with X5 diesels.

Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

We were in the market for a late model BMW 528i Xdrive, and shopped at several local BMW NJ dealers, however we found most of those experiences to be less than satisfactory. We were not sure about purchasing out of state, but decided to look into a listing at Integrated Automotive Services. The best decision we made during our time shopping for this car. Mike and Bob were professional, very easy to work with and have a very impressive inventory on hand. We purchased our 528 from them and will purchase our next car there as well. Once we had a deal, paper work was completed in less than half an hour and we were on our way with an excellent car. Living in another state was not an issue, we received title in a week. I was referred to Edmund from Deals on Wheels a few months ago. Our family has or had at one time or another 7 Subaru’s in the last several years and always look for someone that understands the Outback since they are excellent cars however need service as they age. I asked a salvage yard in Wind Gap where to have my Subaru serviced even though I live about 20 miles away. In my experience Edmund is one of the most competent, honest and reliable mechanics I have ever dealt with. I have already sent customers to him, and never had a negative comment made to me. That said, cars are mechanical and they have problems. Because Edmund will attempt the most affordable repair possible there will be times when that repair uncovers other problems. The real test for me is: then what? It has been my experience that this family owned business stands behind their work. After I purchased my 2006 Outback a few problems needed attention and Edmund stood behind his warranty and most importantly his word that if there were problems he would work with me, which he did. I am very satisfied with this father and son team; they have a strong work ethic and are very honest men! This business gets my absolute unqualified "yes" vote for honesty, competency, and integrity.

I am 1st owner in my 2008 bmw x3 , I have 110,XXX. This car has been so reliable that I will not get rid of it, I mean why? Besides Wear n tear, ive replaced the alternator and coolant. The key is to buy the bmw brand and a mechanic who knows how to work on it. Before this car I had a 94' 318i in 1998-2007 that finally gave out at 220,xxx. Had I known the mechanic I have now, probably would've lasted longer.

STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! I was looking for a car for my wife and had been to a few other dealers. Nobody else made my car buying experience as comfortable as Bob and Mike. Those guys are great and they make it fun just to be around. Everyone at this dealer does their absolute best to make sure customers are satisfied. And they are very upfront with everything they sell. There are no crazy hidden fees or surprises when buying from this place. The service department at IAS is also great and they stand behind their cars. Had a cracked spark plug causing a misfire and these guys fixed it up quick and even gave us a loaner while they had the car. Michael and the service team was exceptionally accommodating. I love this place so much that I bought 2 cars from them 11 days apart. They earned my trust and business for a long time to come.

The people that works at this shop are amazing! Honest, reliable, they go the extra mile to make sure the customer don't spend for unnecessary repairs. While in my experience other shops just tell you anything to take your money. I have know Mathew now for 2 years , and to be honest is the only place I have taking my cars too since then. I have also purchase a truck from Mathew , and again the process was easy and painless. So don't look no further. Go and meet them and you would see what I am talking about.❤️

My second X3 and love it more than the first!I especially like driving in the sport mode. Great feel and ride and the gas mileage stays about the same.

Purchased 2 years ago. Drives like a rocketship. handles extremely well. no issues thus far, just regular maintenance. Interior is very well designed and very comfortable. The caro area is well designed as well.

Great communication, worked out almost everything completely remote which was the most important. I knew it was the right vehicle, the right price and just needed to be sure the budget worked with financing. Came in and took a test drive to make sure it was perfect and when we got back the finance manager had all the options ready for me.
