Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

I could not have asked for a better service experience. I was so frustrated when I brought my car in because another dealership had quoted me 6-8 weeks to fix a simple issue. Matt in the body shop told me he'd have it for two weeks and would ensure everything was covered under warranty. Not only that - they were done a week early! I received daily phone call updates and was so impressed by the level of care given.

This is my 2nd BMW after keeping my previous 528 for over a dozen years ! Still going strong but had to change. After test driving a few, came back to BMW... Its like Apple, once you get an iPhone, it is hard to switch ! Bought a CPO, which gives us more time. Nice car. Good power. Have to constantly check the speedometer to ensure we stay within limits ! So silent and smooth... Love it !

I just helped a very dear senior friend of mine buy a car here, Subaru Outback Limited and explained to the salesman (Dan) that this transaction had to go very smooth without stress as I was out of state so my help was coming both to my friend and the dealership via phone and e-mail. It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

The main issue I've had with this car is learning its vast number of controls, some of which are in strange places (such as at the end of the directional signal stalk) and are not clearly marked. The gearshift, for example, is counter-intuitive, and is moved backwards to go forwards, and vice versa-unlike most cars, it doesn't really move and fit into a slot for the appropriate gear. For no fathomable reason, the rear view camera stays on when you then drive forward. The warning system, for a car crossing or a person crossing, is unreliable; for example, if you have the car in reverse, the car hasn't moved yet, but a person walks behind the car, the warning signal does not sound--it only sounds if the car is already moving in reverse (if the pedestrian was walking right behind the car, you already hit him or her). There are also other "features" that make no sense. On the other hand, the car is fun to drive, reasonably powerful, attractive (I think--my wife disagrees), comfortable (except that one feels remarkably many bumps in the road), and quiet.

I have not purchased a car from Poquet (yet anyway), but I have to say the experiences I have had with them have always been tremendous. Low pressure, knowledgeable sales staff, and first-rate vehicles make this a "must shop" dealership.

oil change, repair tire monitor and purchase windshield wipers to about 3 hours. Work was done very well. Walser Buick is a very popular dealership and sometimes you have to wait a bit. All is well and I will continue to purchase vehicles from them as well as servicing them.

I had a great experience with Nathan Hadler when I came in to test drive a vehicle. He took his time to answer my questions and understood I was just starting my car research and was not ready to buy. He listened to what I wanted and did not try to convince me otherwise. He genuinely cared about helping me make the right decision for me which was evident in the follow up email he sent me.

This 4000 lb beast maneuvers like a sports car. As someone who's always been passionate about cars, I leaned towards vehicles like the 3 series coupe or Audi A5. However, when the need for family space arose, SUVs felt dull. Then I got behind the wheel of the X5. It's a revelation—you truly don't have to compromise. There's ample space, exceptional handling, and a range of engines from powerful to downright exhilarating (like the X5M).

Sold my car recently and gave me a very fair price. Over book value and more than twice what the nearby dealership offered. Good place to sell.

I have this car for 26,000 miles now. This is the best X5 that I have ever owned. The new engine is great on the xdrive 40i. No need for the M60. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. Handling is great. Tires and much better than on the previous generation. The ride is tight and comfortable. They did an awesome job. Hopefully, this car will last as long as my previous 2010 X5.

1. BMW has relinquished transmission service, WHY? They DO NOT make their transmissions and the builder, another German company does and has a full service recommend sheet, with miles and correct fluids, et al. Now that's a load of crap. All transmission need servicing like any part with fluid traveling through it! So when your Trany goes out, you are looking a $4000+ easy, Thanks BMW for that PLANNED OBSELENCE! 2. No dip stick and access to change your oil or the very small oil gasket, NOT THE OIL FILTER, will cost you over $1000 in labor, TO ACCESS and a $14.08 part! 3. Ridiculous depreciation the minute you drive off the lot. I can buy a 2022 X7, retailing north of $95,000 for around. $50,000 and CPO/Certified with around 35-45,000 miles. 4. Very fun to drive, quality feel, twin turbo power I like, the profile is amazing on my 2017 X5. Don't like the body style changes. 5. You pay $65,000 or more and have to pay extra, with one package to get the Harmon Kardon stereo. xxxx, for that much in the price tag I should get the Bowers and Wilkins. 6. 9.5 and 10.5 wheels and tires make it look "mean". But no rotation and you will wear out the front tires in about 25,000 miles. Run flats are harsh and do not last. So, get an "S" model and gain gas mileage, rotate and balance tires and unless you live in a cold climate, the XDrive is a waste of additional sticker shock. of money. 10. The interior colors, mine is brown leather, are nauseating, at best. Orange looking leather, white leather-are you kidding me? And, the old standby Black!

I wanted to take this opportunity to give a "WELL Done" to Westend Lincoln Mercury. I was rear-ended a couple of months ago and my old 2007 Jeep survived, but had 253000 miles on it. Made the decision to upgrade my vehicle, but still needed to stay within my budget. Started looking for another Jeep and visited many different Dealerships around the Twin Cities Metro and soon became very disappointed with salesman and the non-caring attitude that were portrayed by these dealers. I saw a nice 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee at Westend Lincoln-Mercury on the internet that seemed to fit my budget. I called and talked to a gentleman named Taylor Sparks and told him that I was interested in the Jeep. I made an appointment to come up and test drive the Jeep. When I got there, Taylor had the jeep out front and it was washed and immaculately cleaned. Now we'll cut to the chase! I let Taylor know that I wanted to take a little longer test drive to get the engine/trans hot. This is typically when hidden problems will present themselves on a vehicle. Taylor went out of his way to let me test drive it as long as I needed. He did not apply any pressure to me on the vehicle, which was beautiful coming from a sales person. When we got back, the only question Taylor asked me was if I had any questions or concerns. I replied,"The only question I have is when can we start the paperwork to buy the vehicle?" If you like a real casual sales experience, without high pressure and B.S, I strongly emphasize seeing Taylor. You won't be disappointed. I'd like to send out one more "Kudos" to Gary Poff. I had a minor issue with the Jeep and talked to Gary. They did not have to help me in anyway, because I bought the Jeep "As Is". Gary listened to my concern and help me out more than I could have hoped for! The "Best" car sales experiences that I have ever had. I cannot believe that BMW put a 4 cylinder with turbo in an X3. It is the single problem I have with my car. otherwise it is perfect. The 6 cylinder in my 2005 was Awesome!!!!! BMW stands for Performance, GIVE IT.
