Set up an appointment and came to look at the 2020 BMW the next day. They were fair on my trade (you never get exactly what you want) and the car was as represented. It had just finished CPO process. Overall very good experience from Rosina and staff. Would highly recommend a purchase from Ferman.

I have this car for 26,000 miles now. This is the best X5 that I have ever owned. The new engine is great on the xdrive 40i. No need for the M60. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. Handling is great. Tires and much better than on the previous generation. The ride is tight and comfortable. They did an awesome job. Hopefully, this car will last as long as my previous 2010 X5.

Purchased a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica from Ferman BMW and David Soto was our salesman. We had arranged to see and test drive online and were using Sams club program I did not plan on trading in as I had a good offer from Carvana. They were able to meet my requirement to trade in my vehicle. David was excellent, no pressure, calm and friendly. Business office was the same, no pressure and easy experience I will highly recommend Ferman based on this experience and David Soto as an excellent person to deal and buy from. Only issue we wish we had been told there was only one key/ fob to vehicle as now we must pay for a second key/ fob

Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! Our sales rep Dell Cook was the best! He was very helpful in accommodating our needs. We drove away with a beautiful fully loaded Escape. I would recommend the dealership and the salesman to everyone!

It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

Jacob Jenkins provided the best experience I’ve had in years at a dealership. I called the dealerships sales line on Monday afternoon and thanks to his prompt response, placed a deposit on a vehicle for an in person inspection on Tuesday. We can to the shop, he had everything ready for a test drive and document review… no nonsense shopping. This was greatly appreciated! this 2023 bmw x7 is even bigger then before and it espcillly nice car. the interior is very spacious and a whole fmaily could fit in their. it is also veyr rleiable and it is also really comfortrbale when I sit in the 2023 bmw x7. it is so better thne the older ones and it has excellent diegshn and exterior styling. it is veyr nice and veyr good lights as well.

This X5 M has just the right amount of amenities for me, and the V8 is sublime. I didn't get the lowest profile tires available, opting rather for ones that are a bit more comfortable. This is really a lovely vehicle. Note too that I got a 2019 model but the drop down menu only let me select 2018 as the most recent year.
