I used to drive a BMW 328ix and wanted to upgrade to a bigger car, but not too big. The X2 was a nice in between model and it still gives the couple look, but it is an SUV. The car doesn't drive as smooth as my couple, but I suspect that I will get used to it. I am not a huge fan of the seats, but I like that there are several options to adjust for comfort. I do wish that the side view mirrors had the sensors to detect cars driving next to you and I wish that the panoramic sunroof opened all the way. Other than those minor things, very nice car.

Service by advisor Jaime Gonzalez and team for 2023 X1 scheduled 20K work was attentive, timely and complete. Tires replacement was recommended with even 4mm wear (with 2 mm bald tire warning for follow up) and this appears to be driven by the dealership legal team, who previously and separately at their sibling dealership refused to mount my new owner-provided Tire Rack tires on my 2019 Mini Cooper, which I found to be aggravating and dissatisfying. Hoping to get 30-40K out of my current BMW OEM tires (for which Jaime provided a replacement quote) and to continued excellent service by BMW of Darien.

We took delivery in July, 2022 for a new iX xDrive 50, and owned it for 2 1/2 years. One of the best cars we'd ever had. BMW sent custom cushions that go through the openings in the front seats for this model year, such that shorter occupants wouldn't hit their heads on trim there. The front is polarizing, but in dark colors grows on you. The car is dead quiet, fast, great ride and GREAT range- we got over 300 miles on road trips easily. The B&W audio system is one of the best available in any car.

I thought I should have gotten a better price on the car but who doesn’t? Kahled was my salesman and I couldn’t have had a better person. He is a very caring person and does his best to make everything in the deal go right, for the business and the customer.

This car is our first BMW. It may sacrifice some space, but that’s not a very big deal for us. This car is perfect for those who don’t need space, but need the capabilities of an SUV. We have the M40i version and it packs a punch. The 382 Hp B58 I6 is very quick in sport mode, and has very nice exhaust sounds. I love that it has rear AC, which is an upgrade from our previous car. This car also has ambient lighting which you can change the color of. The wireless Apple CarPlay is also very convenient. Although, it does not have the latest version of iDrive, it’s still decent and still includes a 12 in screen. If you don’t want to touch the screen and leave fingerprints, the X4 comes with a controller that you can use to control the screen. This car also has a good amount of physical buttons. Front seats have thigh extensions for those with long legs, and both seats automatically adjust. Overall, our family really likes this car and recommends it for buyers who want a unique take on BMW

The BMW 330i from 2017 is my favorite BMW it has just enough legroom for me and my family but what I do not like about it is that it does not have a moonroof and the CID screen is too small and there is not very much AC controls in the back.

My only feedback, as someone who frequently purchases high-end vehicles (Range Rover, Aston Martin, Acura, etc.), is that the dealership can get very busy and you can tell the staff was overwhelm, I think some technology could help them because people would get lost in the waiting room like we did :). This is understandable, especially on a weekend and the last day of the month—partly my timing. Overall, I look forward to building a long-term relationship with this amazing team. After almost 10 years, I’m thrilled to have a BMW back in my garage. Highly recommended!

This has been the easiest buying experience ever in my life. I live in Bloomfield, NJ. I saw a low mileage 2018 Honda CRV advertised from BMW of Greenwich on the internet. I called the dealership about the vehicle. I was instantly put on the the phone to Tom Forte. This man in his own words "Is old school". What a gentleman! I told him want I hoped to pay for the car and explained I didn't want drive all the way to Connecticut to haggle over price. Tom Forte immediately contacted his manager to see if we might have a meeting of the minds. Tom quickly emailed me a quote which was close to the price I was hoping for. I took a trip up to Connecticut. I took the car out for a test drive. Their was NO pressure at all. I knew immediately, I liked the vehicle. Tom got an appraisal done on my trade in a matter of minutes after the test drive. He next presented me with an out the door offer, that I thought was GREAT! But I promised myself I wanted to see another vehicle in White Plains. So I told Tom that. Tom did not try to dissuade me in any way. He told me to get back to him if I was interested in completing the deal at BMW of Greenwich. The Honda dealership in White Plains could learn a few things from the folks at BMW of Greenwich! They made me wait at ten minute to talk to me and then another at least a half hour before they could locate the car a wanted to see. The car smelled of old cigarette smoke, and it had other issues. Needless to say, I contacted Tom Forte immediately upon leaving that dealership. I have no regrets! Tom made me feel like a valued customer. On pick-up day, the car was bright and shining and ready to go. Tom offered me coffee and snacks while I was escorted to the finance officer's office. Again, no pressure and no wasting my time, but certainly a warm cordial atmosphere while finalizing all my paper work! Would I like to buy another car from this dealership???? You bet I would! Anytime!! I highly recommend Tom Forte and the staff at Greenwich. Thank-you all for making my buying experience, relaxing, easy, and fun! This is, by far, the most friendly and professional dealership. That is why I always take my BMW vehicles to them. The services they provide are outstanding, done in timely manner and no short-cuts. Everything is done correctly. I also appreciate getting a clean car back. I have had very bad experiences with other dealerships. In one case, I caught them leaving off under neath panels so they save time on following services ! This shoddy work is unacceptable ! I trust BMW Of Ridgefield with my BMW.

The only concern I had was. I got the car service and some additional work done which was excellent so far but don’t the dealer wash and clean car before giving it back !! Mine was completely dirty !!! Also the loaner I got was dirty too.

I have a sunset orange metallic convertible with cognac interior and a black top. Very sporty. Get a lot of compliments. Zippy. Love the combination as I ordered it from the factory. A little tight on the inside but manageable.
