This is for service. Wonderful. I drive 1 hour to this dealership even though there is another Porsche dealership within 10 minutes of my home. Scheduling service is prompt, polite, and accommodating. Service tech Hiro is amazing, meticulous, respectful.

Love the personality of the reps and they are always eager to help! They don't push you into buying more than your original budget and won't bother you about it! They also will let u browse the lot on you own, and all there cars are unlocked! I absolutely love there transfer program where they will transfer vehicles to your local stores without an obligation, and many transfers are free! Only complaint about Carmax is that I feel the cars are a bit overpriced, but it's worth it in the end for there customer service!

5 years ago I never imagined myself purchasing a BMW. I have owned 3 in the last 4 years (two of which I still own), and I give credit to the incredible service and sales experienced at Sun BMW, in particular to Clent Advisor Dennis Fisher. After some of the best driving and service experience I have encountered with my 2013 X1, I was interested in purchasing 3 Series for my wife's next daily driver. Dennis found us a great deal on a 2014 CPO, and bent over backwards to ensure it was the best purchase experience possible. Two month's ago we decided to upgrade our 2013 X1 to a newer X1, and once again, Dennis found us an incredible deal on a 2018 service loaner with such low miles it was hardly broken in! Dennis Fisher at BMW Sun Motors was by far the very best salesperson I have ever had. I was in search of a 3 series pre-owned vehicle and had a trade in 1 Series convertible. I wanted to purchase a "Demo, or Executive" X3. After owning/leasing 10 BMWs over the past decade, I knew the model and options that I wanted. I could not find the X3 that I wanted in the Pittsburgh area, so I expanded my search. I found that Sun BMW in Mechanicsburg had a few X3s that matched my requirements. Salesman Kyle Smith responded to my 7am Saturday morning email within a few minutes. I spoke with Kyle several times that morning about the vehicles that interested me. He was very attentive and answered all of my questions. I decided to drive 200 miles to see the 2 vehicles we discussed. I purchased the vehicle at the end of the day on Saturday. A few days later, Kyle drove 200 miles to deliver my X3 to me. Kyle is very attentive and knowledgeable. I will be in touch with Kyle in a few years for my next BMW!
