He wasn't pushy and genuinely took his time answering every question so we felt valued. You do not see this in other car sale establishments. It was refreshing!! Brandon spent a lot of time doing everything to meet our needs and he and Jordon (his manager) made it happen! We can not rave enough about Brandon and the team behind the scenes that put our deal together. The M5 is a beast. It is like 3 cars in one:1), an all electric automobile for 33 miles,2) a twin turbo V-8 hybrid with zero lag,3) a roomy/comfortable cruiser. It is missing a couple items that should be standard or available such as soft close doors and seat message. Otherwise, this is the best of both worlds.

I cannot say enough good things about John Dukes, Gary O’Steen and Rios! I had been looking for a new vehicle for at least two weeks. I was torn between a Land Rover and a BMW. I called the Hennessy Auto store in Atlanta and spoke with one of their salesman. Told them what I was looking for and the salesman said he would get back in touch with me. I guess he got too busy. The next store my husband called this week was Land Rover Jacksonville here in Florida. My husband told the salesman man which vehicle he wanted to purchase and that he needed a picture of the monroney sticker so he could send it to our credit union. The salesman told him it just got there off the delivery truck. He would contact my husband within the hour with everything he needed. That call/text/email never happened. So yesterday 10/21/2021 I took it upon myself to call the BMW store in Gainesville, FL. I had previous dealings with this store because they have done all the recall work on my BMW sedan. I called got to speak with John Dukes whom did not hesitate to help me. Mr. Dukes is a manager up there and he handled every aspect of my purchase. Gary O’Steen was the salesman that showed me everything on the 2021 BMW I purchased. Rios was the finance manager that handled the paperwork. Brought my car in for pre-road trip checkup. The service dept is top notch and my service advisor treats me like family. I won?t have any other company work on my car. Same was true for my previous BMW.

Andrea has a very pleasant personality and she was very knowledgeable about what I was looking for and was able to answer all of my questions. She never was bothered by the amount of questions I asked and was always willing to go above and beyond to help me. Andrea is amazing at what she does! Andrea also found me the perfect car. I think I already answered this question Andrea knew exactly what I was looking for and was able to find me the car that I wanted that had everything on it. Purchasing the car seem to be pretty much a breeze and the finance department was excellent in their job.
