A give this car a good rating after 1 year of ownership. Very capable to carry a 6 people comfortably and still maintain a sporty feel. A sure footed space craft that stands out in a crowded SUV market. If you have 22 inch wheels, get the All season tires continental Extreme Contact rear tires. They won't show up as recommended for your car unless you input the tire size on your search. The Bowers and Wilkins is a must have if you love great audio and the tow hitch is worth it as well. So many USBC connections to go around with a welcome third row sunroof to keep the backseat riders feeling special. You really have to spend time with the tech to appreciate this car. I prefer this year model over the newer ones that don't have the physical buttons, especially the AC controls. The captain seats are great and allows you to mostly skip moving them in slow motion to access the third row. This big baby Rolls moves quicker than you would expect and does it without effort in sport mode. Don't overpay if its not optioned out. Thats where BMW shines.

The two car salesmen I have dealt with have been extremely knowledgeable and helpful, making the car-buying process smooth and stress-free. Being a woman, I have encountered pushy salespeople at other dealerships, and I know what it's like to be given the runaround about prices and told that the car won't be there while I'm still debating whether or not to buy. I am a automotive mechanic and have been looking for an amazing car. Test drove GTR, SHELBY GT500, CORVETTE, SUPRA ECT. Never thought that a 4 door Sedan like an F10 M5 machine would change my mind on the whole situation. This is by far the best car you can get for the money and none of the others can even keep up with it

Russell got me right in for service. I also needed some additional work that they took care of. The mechanic also knew I needed a part that I never had put on and went and took care of me. Greatly appreciated. If you need sprinter work done very good place for you to get your work done

I bought a 2021 BMW X5 4.0 with the M Sports Package and this had been one of best vehicles ever owned. The reliability, comfort and curb appeal adds to it value. I traded a 2016 Lexus GX 460 for the X5 and have no regrets!

this 2023 bmw x7 is even bigger then before and it espcillly nice car. the interior is very spacious and a whole fmaily could fit in their. it is also veyr rleiable and it is also really comfortrbale when I sit in the 2023 bmw x7. it is so better thne the older ones and it has excellent diegshn and exterior styling. it is veyr nice and veyr good lights as well.

My wife and I purchased a Toyota RAV4 Hybrid from this dealership in November, 2022. We worked with salesperson Siri Gallagher and found her to be very responsible and responsive during the purchase experience. We felt that she worked hard to insure that she worked “on our behalf” while adhering to dealership directives. She was at the relatively new as a car sales person, but enthusiastic and eager which are pleasant traits in automobile sales. We found the interactions with the sales management personnel to be less positive, especially once we indicated that we would be using external financing as opposed to on-site services. I realize that financing is a profit center for dealerships, but I do not feel that comments such as “well you can just go ahead and pay more” are part of a professional relationship. After that, the sales managers enthusiasm was gone and he was just “going through the motions”. The paperwork process was unpleasant and error prone after that interaction. We are very well pleased with the vehicle. It is what we wanted and seems to be of a the quality of our previous Toyotas - three new cars and one pre-owned bought at this location, though all but the RAV4 bought from the dealership under the old name. In summary, happy with the vehicle, very pleased with the sales person, and in-enthusiastic/frustrated with the sales management. We may not be willing to consider Fred Anderson, Asheville for future purchases based on the poor attitude exemplified by young, brusque, and borderline rude sales management

3 series but roomier than x4 and bigger than 4 series. Superior driving comfort. Too bad BMW discontinued GT in US. Best car I ever owned.

I have this car for 26,000 miles now. This is the best X5 that I have ever owned. The new engine is great on the xdrive 40i. No need for the M60. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. Handling is great. Tires and much better than on the previous generation. The ride is tight and comfortable. They did an awesome job. Hopefully, this car will last as long as my previous 2010 X5.

I took my car to BMW of Asheville for service. My advisor was Norman. He was professional in answering all of my questions. The service was done in the time promised. The waiting accommodations were wonderful with coffee and breakfast sandwiches available. I was totally pleased with the service.

Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

They provided excellent communication via text and e-mail to confirm the appointment and provide updates during the service. A video was also sent showing the technician pointing out future issue to consider (it was the treadwear on the car when the car was up on the rack beening inspected)! The excellent service and efficient details were appreciated very much!!

Had the car for about a month and it is everything I wanted and more. Great purchasing experience. Even better driving experience. Definitely would recommend.

Been going to Norman in Service with BMW of Asheville since before 2011.... the fact that he is still there, let alone promoted to management, is a testament to the staff and management policies. Consistency is key in any business. Going above and beyond is what makes a service department excellent. Patrick took on Norman's old desk and clients without a hitch... even us high maintenance type of people!!!! His mechanical knowledge and experience puts you at ease with all those "under the hood thingamajiggies." He listens to what we have to say, even though my wife and I have little more to offer than descriptions of smells..... and the barrage of bingbongs that mean very little to us... some how the car is perfect again~ Thanks Patrick!!!!! and mr bossman Norman... The best handled large SUV I ‘ve ever drive. Much better than my previous large Mercedes SUV. Or my previous Land Rover Some of the plastic adornments outside looks cheap.

I highly recommend this dealership, the customer service is amazing, always friendly, helpful and courteous. I drive over an hour to get my vehicle serviced and the staff are always on top of it. Patrick is now my service representative and he is awesome, Norman Lacey was my original representative and he was awesome as well. Thanks to all who takes such good care of us.

Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.

Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

I've had the 2025 X3 30 now for 5 months and it is great! It replaces our 2022 X3 that was recently totaled and both passenger walked away with just bruises so it is a safe car! This is one reason I purchased another X3. Big difference on the interior panel than the 2022 as everything has gone to touch screen for all controls which I not real fond about, even the owners manual is on the touchscreen software, The twin turbo gives plenty of power and the gas milage has improved from the older model. The gears change smoothly and the ride is also smooth. You now get a spare tire since BMW did away with the run flat tires which I hated as they did not wear great. The accessories offered in their package covers everything you want in an auto. I don't understand why the rear exhaust are hidden though as I like the chrome exhaust on my old 2022. This year the 3 was redesigned and it is slightly bigger.
