However, when the need for family space arose, SUVs felt dull. Then I got behind the wheel of the X5. It's a revelation—you truly don't have to compromise. STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! Excellent initial communication via email and text. Test drove a car very quickly. Car was in very good condition. Everyone was very attentive, helpful and informative. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I was happy with the terms of my potential trade. However, an issue with the DMV prevented me from continuing until I go and update license. I run a RAM 2500 diesel and always buy through fleet programs. They gave me a straight fleet price, no useless extras. Sales rep even asked about my towing needs and recommended the right gear ratio. Hard to find someone that detailed.

As a BMW driver for decades (318i, 328i), I reluctantly switched to Tesla when the Model S became the first practical EV. I wanted to drive electric more than I wanted to be loyal to (IMHO) the best line of sedans and coupes on the planet. I loved the S, too, but after 12 years it was having problems, support was rotten, and it was time for a replacement. Fortunately, all the manufacturers have EVs now. Although I test drove several other makes, I was delighted to see that the BMW i4 was my favorite. When it started to look like tariffs were going to increase prices, I abbreviated my search and went for the Bimmer. By chance, the dealer had a 2024 shop loaner available with low mileage and a lower price than a brand new 2025 so I leased it. (Incidentally, it was less expensive in absolute dollars than the Model S was in 2012!) I'm glad I "pulled the trigger" when I did and I love the car. Handling is excellent. It "feels like" a BMW despite slightly lighter steering than my last 328. It's feature-rich and I'm still learning the ancillary controls. I'm OK with CarPlay although Tesla's own infotainment system is better. The driver assist is good and automatic stop/start in heavy traffic is a joy although I still prefer steering myself under better conditions. I think most BMW drivers will feel likewise. I haven't used self-parking other than a demo in the dealer's lot but I promise to try it. I don't expect to need a lot of service - it's an EV - but at least BMW takes phone calls! The cell phone app is better than Tesla's and it's NOT the only way to schedule service. My only real objection is the location of the charge port at right-rear which will make it awkward to use short-corded Tesla Superchargers even once BMW concludes a deal with Tesla. The i4 has more "hard" controls - which I prefer for eyes-on-the-road driving - than Model S but its voice recognition commands are more limited. Its navigator has the same voice as Model S but gives more frequent bum steers. All in all, I'm very glad I made the switch. And I didn't give money to the Little Dictator who works for the Big Dictator!

Drives smooth. Great with the electronics. The car is very high tech and up to date. I would definitely recommend this car !! Very spacious and has alot of leg room!

I bought my car three years ago. I am very impressed with the smoothness of the drive, reliability, and features. With over 170,000 miles, primarily maintenance items only. Are dealers in repair shops will try to charge more based on the vehicle, but maintenance is quite easy and inexpensive if you do them yourself. It is important to regularly change the oil and filter every 5000 to 7500 miles to keep it operating smoothly. Only non-maintenance repairs include front CV shafts ($160), Control Arm ($110) and Fuel Pump ($140) which I found videos on YouTube and completed within two hours each. Regular oil and filter changes ($30) take 15 minutes and very easy to access. If you don’t mind doing the work yourself, the car is inexpensive to keep and maintain, gets good gas mileage (28mpg), drives excellent, and looks great.

Very reliable It’s a joy to drive.It exudes lots of power even in eco mode. I enjoyed using this car. The interior is very comfortable.

BEST CAR EVER, I BOUGTH IT ON 2018 WITH 44000 MILES. STILL RUNNING PERFECT WITH 180000 MILES. GREAT POWER ON COMFORT DRIVE. ON ECO DRIVE YOU LOSE A LOT OF POWER BUT YOU SAVE GAS. IT HAS A GREAT STABILITY ON HIGHWAY. THE MUSIC SOUND SYSTEM IS POWERFUL!!

This car exceeded all of my expectations! It is an M-Sport and has the optional M-Power package and is a mini M4! Fun to drive, hardtop convertible for those summer afternoons and has all the features of a modern BMW.

BMW always sets the standard when it comes to every detail of car inside and out. My red interior is an eye catcher. I just wish after market exterior parts are easy to find for this kind of car. Other than that, it's a great looking car.

BMW's, specifically M series can sometimes get a bad rep for reliability and the markup in service cost if out of warranty. This couldn't be further from the truth...I've owned two f80 M3s and these things are extremely well-engineered and other than the random crankhub issues (typically caused by loose crankbolts from the factory or bad tunes that on-ramp torque too quickly) these cars are bullet-proof. I've put over 70,000 miles on this chassis and have had ZERO headaches, zero mechanical surprises and nothing but a xxxx eating grin from ear to ear each and every time I drive one. BMW did a knockout job mechanically and cosemetically with this generation F8X M3 and they've prooven to hold-up against the test of time. With petrol engines being phased out, this car is sure to continue to hold it's value!!!

I've had three 2015 X1's. Drove the wheels off one, one got stolen and on my third. Love this car! So economical and the gps is off satellite, not cell tower. Get maps ANYWHERE, for life. I only have 72k on it and will be my last vehicle.

I am in love with my "new" 2007 si roadster convertible. The stock exhaust and engine have such a great sound. Performance output is just enough to excite and feed your senses for speed. If you want more speed get a dragster and race it at a local dragstip. In my eyes BMW truly built a great machine the Z4 is already a sought after classic sports car for the auto enthusiast!

I love this car so much! As a traveling doctor, this vehicle has safely climb passes cover in snow and ice, held steady on black ice, muscled through torrential downpour rain and never faultered. Between the traction control, quick response, no accidents. And when its dry road, it handles like a sports car. All the while I am surrounded with an amazing audio system.

We bought a vehicle from Ron's Motors in Wantage. At first, we were very unhappy, but Efron fixed everything he said he would. That was 4-5 months after we bought the vehicle. He kept his word on everything.

I went from a Minivan to A BMW and will never go back. My son bought me one It was about 8 years oldIt did start to have problems after about 5 years. Of course it's a 10 year old Car and problems were awaiting. I would buy a new one to make sure they Would be more reliable for me as a single woman driver so that I would not need repairs in the near future. I'm getting rid of mine and buying a newer model. This car is such fun to drive! I feel like I'm in a tiny starship. The acceleration is there when you need it. I love the body lines of this funky little hatchback.

This is my first BMW product, and I am very happy with it. I was somewhat skeptical about choosing the turbo 4-cylinder engine, but I am now glad I did. Unless you plan to race it, the turbo 4 has all the power one needs for street use, and as a side benefit it get amazing mpg. The turbo 4 car is well over 150 lbs. lighter than the turbo 6 cylinder equipped model, and this allows the car to have a 50/50 weight balance; therefore, it feels like a mid-engine car. I have owned many sports cars, and some with very high HP, but that power is almost never usable on the street. My car has all the BMW handling options, so overall, I have to rate it as one of, or even the, most enjoyable sports car I have ever owned.
