i did my homework prior to our recent purchase of a low mileage used Mercedes. One of my primary information sources was Cars.Com. and the other was Car Max. We visited the Kenosha Car Max and found everyone we had contact with to be professional and informative. We ultimately bought a car from a Mercedes dealer but did sell our trade to Car Max Waukesha. The experience was handled quickly and pleasantly. I would definitely recommend Car Max and their staff.

This is my 2nd BMW after keeping my previous 528 for over a dozen years ! Still going strong but had to change. After test driving a few, came back to BMW... Its like Apple, once you get an iPhone, it is hard to switch ! Bought a CPO, which gives us more time. Nice car. Good power. Have to constantly check the speedometer to ensure we stay within limits ! So silent and smooth... Love it !

Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

A man I know once looked at it, turned to me and said, " you cannot buy a more beautiful automobile than this for less than a 100.000.00 dollars," and he was right. While there is much controversy around the design, the truth is this car turns heads. It looks like it's going fast even when its sitting still. This is despite being ten years old and ostensibly an old design. And, when it is going fast, Wow! The power is effortless and comes on quickly, but with the sport suspension and the rack and pinion steering, you feel confident and in control. You have to remember though, this is a sports car that requires the driver to pay attention. There are cup holders, but you need both hands to handle this beast; I suggest waiting until a pit stop to sip on that soda. And why not? have your drink and burger in the family sedan; the pleasure derived from this car has nothing to do with the flavor of food. Its the flavor of life. The seats are firm, but they hold you securely in place when you are taking that curve at speed, and if you just have to have some luxury, they are heated. The S54 engine is the last naturally aspirated BMW power plant, makes 330 hp, and is darn near bullet proof. M cars do benefit from a little more maintenance , but the overall reliability is so good that it need not be deal killer. It is recommended that the valves be adjusted every 30,000 miles, but other than that, monitor the Vanos system, keep the oil changed, and regularly inspect the usual things like brake pads, filters, and coolant. Also check to see that the drain holes for the convertible top are clean and clear. This keeps the motor that raises and lowers it from burning out. Comfort for large individuals can be an issue, but for the average sized among us, there is plenty of room. The convertible goes up and down in about 7 seconds, and the wipers, defroster/heater, and air conditioning rivals that of American cars. Another potential issue is a lack of trunk space. There isn't much in a regular Z4, but due to design considerations, the M cuts even more room because the battery is located there as well. Finally, remember, these cars do not have spare tires, and unlike the regular Z's they do not have run flat tires. There are currently no run flat tires that can handle the performance of the M, so sitting on top of the battery is what BMW calls a "mobility kit." Essentially, it is a portable air compressor and a can of fix a flat. I know from experience that the compressor will inflate the tire quickly, but try not to use the fix a flat unless it is absolutely essential. Tire stores hate the stuff. The bottom line for these cars is that they love to be driven, and if you are looking for non-turbo charged performance with a touch of the elegance of old style British roadsters, this is the car for you.

Has a way of wrapping around you to feel like a smaller car as you drive and still be large enough to feel safe on a road full of crossovers.

I have this car for 26,000 miles now. This is the best X5 that I have ever owned. The new engine is great on the xdrive 40i. No need for the M60. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. Handling is great. Tires and much better than on the previous generation. The ride is tight and comfortable. They did an awesome job. Hopefully, this car will last as long as my previous 2010 X5.

I had a problem with my 2025 Honda HR-V. Scheduled an appointment and Tim helped me when I arrived. Tim had the tech go through the car after I explained what I was feeling, and when they were done, they recommended a plan to resolve my concern. I purchased the 540i xDrive with shadowline package in March 2022. The exterior is absolutely beautiful, The vehicle handles very well. Excellent acceleration. I love the option to be able to switch driving element from economy, comfort or sport. Driver assist works great; even on curves. There’s not much back seat room to move your feet, or if you have big feet, but overall a very comfortable vehicle. I can’t think of any other luxury sedan I’d select over it.

I have been dealing with BMW of Milwaukee North since 2007 when I first bought my BMW 550i and have to say, they are the best dealership by far in all aspects. The management, sales and service team are all top notch and appreciate your business and respect your time . I would not shop or service my vehicles at any other BMW dealership and would recommend them over any other dealerships in the area

It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

There are two Mercedes Benz dealers in the Milwaukee area, and I’m glad I chose International Autos Group to service my vehicle. From the time I arrived to the time I left, I was treated very well by everyone. When I arrived, the service person was with a customer but immediately acknowledged me and let me know he would be with me shortly. Soon after, I had the Service Manager, Pete, help me out. Pete is professional, friendly and truly wants to help customers. He went the extra mile to ensure MB would cover any issues under warranty. I really appreciated that and the fact that they completed my regular maintenance quickly. Every staff member I interacted with was very responsive and friendly, from the sales people, admins and even the tech that drove my vehicle. Management: you make some quality hires so keep it up. BEST CAR EVER, I BOUGTH IT ON 2018 WITH 44000 MILES. STILL RUNNING PERFECT WITH 180000 MILES. GREAT POWER ON COMFORT DRIVE. ON ECO DRIVE YOU LOSE A LOT OF POWER BUT YOU SAVE GAS. IT HAS A GREAT STABILITY ON HIGHWAY. THE MUSIC SOUND SYSTEM IS POWERFUL!!

Zach arranged for my 2003 z4 to be towed, shuttled me back to my home 45 minutes away, kept me informed of repair progress, then delivered my car when finished. I previously used Knauz in Lake Bluff but they obviously missed serious repair issues that caused this situation. I'll use International BMW from now on. I bought a 2021 BMW X5 4.0 with the M Sports Package and this had been one of best vehicles ever owned. The reliability, comfort and curb appeal adds to it value. I traded a 2016 Lexus GX 460 for the X5 and have no regrets!

I also went to recognize Nick and Karson as they were behind the scenes seeing if I could exchange my lease and get a better payment. No luck this time but I appreciated them running the numbers. Great for a small/short person. Not comfortable for tall people. Love all the premium features. All leather interior, navigation, heated seats and steering wheel, memory seating. Electric adjustable passenger seat. Not a great sound system though.

I texted back and forth several times with Nayela. She was extremely responsive and helpful. After several conversations, I decided to visit the dealership to testdrive the car that I was interested in. I showed up unannounced, and Nayela could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The manager also came out and talked to me. Unfortunately, I did not buy the car right away, and it was taken that same day by someone else. But my experience with the staff and BMW Milwaukee North was excellent.

Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.
