5 years ago I never imagined myself purchasing a BMW. I have owned 3 in the last 4 years (two of which I still own), and I give credit to the incredible service and sales experienced at Sun BMW, in particular to Clent Advisor Dennis Fisher. After some of the best driving and service experience I have encountered with my 2013 X1, I was interested in purchasing 3 Series for my wife's next daily driver. Dennis found us a great deal on a 2014 CPO, and bent over backwards to ensure it was the best purchase experience possible. Two month's ago we decided to upgrade our 2013 X1 to a newer X1, and once again, Dennis found us an incredible deal on a 2018 service loaner with such low miles it was hardly broken in! Dennis Fisher at BMW Sun Motors was by far the very best salesperson I have ever had. I was in search of a 3 series pre-owned vehicle and had a trade in 1 Series convertible. In a short period of time Dennis showed me several cars, responded to questions, and then I test drove a wonderful 2014 328XI BMW. The service department here is outstanding. I had a recall on my X-5. From the time they called me until it was done, the employees that my wife and I dealt with were so accommodating, polite, helpful and made the whole process easy to go through. I wanted to purchase a "Demo, or Executive" X3. After owning/leasing 10 BMWs over the past decade, I knew the model and options that I wanted. I could not find the X3 that I wanted in the Pittsburgh area, so I expanded my search. I found that Sun BMW in Mechanicsburg had a few X3s that matched my requirements. Salesman Kyle Smith responded to my 7am Saturday morning email within a few minutes. I spoke with Kyle several times that morning about the vehicles that interested me. He was very attentive and answered all of my questions. I decided to drive 200 miles to see the 2 vehicles we discussed. I purchased the vehicle at the end of the day on Saturday. A few days later, Kyle drove 200 miles to deliver my X3 to me. Kyle is very attentive and knowledgeable. I will be in touch with Kyle in a few years for my next BMW!

Most comfortable car I have ever driven. My 6th BMW. So easy to get into tight parking spaces. Brakes a bit tight- need to get used to!

I have this car for 26,000 miles now. This is the best X5 that I have ever owned. The new engine is great on the xdrive 40i. No need for the M60. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. Handling is great. Tires and much better than on the previous generation. The ride is tight and comfortable. They did an awesome job. Hopefully, this car will last as long as my previous 2010 X5.

This car is simply amazing. It's my second electric car and my first BMW. The i5 gives me what I never knew I was missing from my previous car (Tesla Model 3). First, the comfort and silence of the i5's cabin is significantly better than anything I've driven before. It takes the bumps so comfortably and I love how my trips on the interstate are surprisingly quiet inside. The styling is gorgeous, too. Classic BMW sedan look, brought a few years into the future. Great balance between aggressive and refined. Inside, I love the giant display. Everything's there in sight, without having to switch back and forth between screens. Plus, I have just the right amount of physical controls so I don't have to use the touch screen all the time. Finally, the performance is incredible. I've got several modes to choose from, to fit my driving for the trip. Sport is obviously my favorite, especially with the sounds that are included! This was definitely the most expensive vehicle I've bought, but overall, I have no regrets... fit, finish, and feature-set are all top notch.

Awesome to drive. Smooth around curves. Barely feel bumps in the road. Most comfortable seats ever had. Solid. Beautiful interior and exterior! Easy to park. Lots of room!

Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.

Had the car for about a month and it is everything I wanted and more. Great purchasing experience. Even better driving experience. Definitely would recommend.

Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

Nick and the entire staff of Mercedes Lancaster made our first time at a Mercedes dealership a pleasant experience. The level of service was excellent and the leasing process was very smooth and organized. We were pleased with their quality of work and service!

I could not be more happy with this vehicle. It is amazingly quiet and comfortable, but still fun to drive. It has tons of space and the interior is impeccable. The technology is top-notch and intuitive. This one is the turbo I6 and is faster than it feels (so smooth and quiet), but lacks the “hold your breath” acceleration of the V8.

I recently bought an extremely well-maintained Porsche Boxster S. The buying experience could not have been more smooth. I called the salesman Kyle Banner in the late morning and within a few minutes we had everything we needed to close the deal that day squared away. I then stopped by the shop where everything was ready for a test drive upon my arrival. The dealership took care of some minor paint repairs needed which were pointed out to me up front and delivered the car to my house (a 2:45 hour drive from the dealership) as discussed at not additional cost. The car itself was extremely clean. Could not be happier with the experience.

From the Sales Team to GM, everyone was great to work with. It was worth a drive from Pittsburgh to work with this great team.

I really like this car. It's very responsive, fast, stable, great turning and traction on the road. I gave it all 5 stars but please know that I ordered it new with the features and interior that I wanted. I live in the North East, so I got the all-wheel-drive.
