I bought this car brand new in 2012. Paid 17k. Worth every penny. It has 63k miles onit right now. Have never done anything other than change the oil and filter. It runs like it is expected. Slow and easy. You won't win no races with it. But it gets my wife to work with no issues. { 5 miles} Rain or snow. We have taken it on several road trips. Including a couple 1000 plus mile trips. Running wide open the whole way. It has no problem. I am a big guy. Very un comfy in most cars. But this I fall right into it and am able to climb back out with ease. The interior is cloth. Its starting to fade. But still no tears or wear marks. Theres nothing fancy about this car. But my wife loves it.

Like most people the thought of car shopping is just an anxiety ridden process. I can not say enough about the attention and focus they put on their customer buying experience. The communication was excellent as well as trying to meet my needs by asking the right questions and finding the right car. I scheduled with Jessica Aubin and the cars were ready and waiting. She knew the cars inside and out and was able to answer all of my questions and if she did not know, she went to ask- she didn't try to xx stuff by me. Stacie the GM was fantastic and Chris in finance was so patient with my, no less than a million questions on warranties etc. I never once felt pressured or treated like a bother. Not every dealership can say this. I had some bad experiences recently during this buying processes with other dealers and I wondered where the days went when the sales person not only wanted to sell you a car, but sell themselves and all the reasons to create a relationship with this dealer. I purchased this car with just under 117K miles in late 2023 and wrote my first review after just 1,000 miles. Currently, it has 141K, so this is more of an ownership review than just first impressions. I haven't done much other than regular maintenance (oil changes, brakes, etc.) although I have replaced the exhaust. It always starts and returns excellent fuel economy. I get about 32 in the city and 42 on the highway, with an overall average of 36. For a small car it is stable but also has very agile handling. My only gripe is that it is very, very slow. It takes anywhere from 8 to 10 seconds to get to 60 MPH and can be scary at times when you really need to step on it and there's barely any power until 4000 RPM, but it's the sacrifice you'll need to make to get those high fuel economy figures. The Mazda3 is a great alternative to a Civic or a Corolla, while also offering a manual transmission on every trim and many available features. On the GT trim you can even get blindspot monitors and adaptive headlights!

We purchased our 2014 Grand Cherokee Overland new and after 11 years and almost 150,000 miles it easily the BEST vehicle we have ever owned. It is comfortable, delivers reasonable mileage, is quiet, well built, incredibly durable and looks as good today as the day we took delivery.

Bought my 2012 brand new and 12 years later it still runs great! I have put o er 304,000 miles on it and have had no problems. I have done regular maintenance on the car and it keeps on ticking. The paint is poor condition and weather stripping has deteriorated. The interior has held well! The only thing after 12 years and lots of miles is the CD player is making noises and wearing out. I am going to keep driving until it dies which at this point seems like it might be another 100-200k miles.

I agree with most of the ratings except I don't know how it gets a 4.4 for comfort. The driver's seat is terrible. No matter how I tried to adjust it I end up with a sore back.

Have been shopping for a truck for a week. Though I did not ultimately purchase a vehicle at Neat, my experience with Louis made this dealership my top pick among the 7 or 8 that I visited. I had narrowed my purchase down to two very different options - a higher mileage 4 cylinder at Neat and a lower miles 6 cylinder in a higher price point at another dealership. Louis sat down with me to look at both options, and encouraged me that the other vehicle appeared to be a great deal. He talked through the potential trade-offs without any pressure, and even after it became clear that I was leaning toward the V6 he continued to spend time to help me understand the complications with the Tacoma frame recall which affected both purchases. He also gave me a number of references for folks who could help out with my purchase of the other vehicle, for modifications I was interested in making. Louis is knowledgable, generous and clearly puts his customer first. Neat will be my first stop for my next purchase.

These things will run forever! Just do your normal maintainence.Honda ,Toyota are overrated and over priced. 24 mpg in 2.4 engine.It won't disappoint! Smooth highway ride One of the quietest engines out there. Hyundai covered all recalls without a problem.

Owned this car since I ordered it new. Limited trim was worth it! At 167,000 miles I have only done routine maintenance. Synthetic Mobil 1 since I got it. Original front brakes, rears replaced only once. Solid, great mpg always. Rated at 22/29 and I routinely exceeed both by 2-3 mpg. Great in snow! CVT has NEVER given me any issues. I’ve towed boats and trailers within the 2700# specified limit without a concern. This car has been a tank and still looks like new. Paint is great, no rust or plastic degradation at all.

I purchased my 2013 Kia Sorento LX fwd (3.5L V6 engine non GDI) used with 36,000mi. It now has 167,000mi. (mix of city and 1000+mi road trips). It's had very few issues, and it's still running strong. The 3.5 engine seems very durable. I change the oil and use only high quality full synthetic oil and filter. The few minor issues include limited life for front turn signal/head light bulbs, slightly stiff suspension, and easily stained fabric seats. The suspension and steering seem pretty durable as well. I only use Michelin Defender tires, and I've gotten 95,000mi out of them. It's never needed an alignment.

My car has been great first problem with it at 165,161 miles had 17miles at purchase. Just my normal ware and maintenance. I have no complaints about my Altima.

I own a 2011 EX V6. I bought it with 61,000 miles on it in March 2021. I have just at 111,000 miles on it now. Best car I've ever owned. Had a mustang and Camaro before this and they were terrible. The worst problem I've had is the driver side door won't open from the outside, but opens from the inside. The battery died about 2 months after I bought, but I bought a new one, and it's been fine since. The driver side headlight went out bout a month ago but replaced it. Driver side fog light is out. Had check engine light come on about a month ago, but it was just the gas cap. Honestly, I've seen a lot of people with bad 2011 sorentos, so I'm grateful mine is good. Older couple in their 80s bought it brand new in 2010, and then I bought it at the dealership as they were finalizing their new Buick purchase. They told me the history of the car and everything. They barely drove the car 6,000 miles a year, so I think I lucked out. Now, the car feels every bump on the road, so not the comfiest SUV I've been in. The leg room isn't terrible in the 2nd row, but good luck with a rear facing car seat lol. You'll have to move the driver or passenger seat forward if you put the car seat behind them.

2014 SXL, FWD. really nice vehicle.. great performance.. lots of high level luxury in the car.. including heated and cooled seats!! the touchscreen is easy to maneuver and the physical buttons make it very convenient and does not require that you take your eye's off the road. seats are very comfortable. I have two complaints. the chrome wheels.. almost impossible to prevent rust underneath.. would have preferred aluminum wheels instead. And the third row is useless and should never have been offered. Purchased vehicle used in 2016 with less than 3k miles on it. (really) Pleasure to drive, not to firm, not mushy.. great stereo.. I love this car!!!

I have owned a 2013 Rogue for 10 years. It has traveled north, south, east and west multiple times with no issues until just now. Catalytic Converter and a run in with a deer. Would i get another one? Absolutely.

I bought my Subaru in 2023 because it only had 60,000 miles on the OD. It's the minimal 2.5X model, but I couldn't pass up the car at such a low price. After driving it for over a year, I put only 6000 miles on it. I took it to the Subaru dealer for NY state inspection, and had the brakes replaced, and paid for the 60000 mi Subaru recommended service. I love this car, especially since I can connect my iPod to the blue tooth and play my music library. It is a bit noisy on the highway, but it's not the luxury model, so that's expected. The Subaru dealer said everything on the car was real solid. So far it has been very dependable, and easy to drive in the snow. It has no leaks, no dents, no squeaks, no problems. I've owned and driven 8 Subaru's over the past 40 years, and I'm hoping to keep my 2013 model and drive it for at least another 10 years.

Best car I’ve ever owned. I bought it used with 10k miles for $17.5k in 2018. I’ve drove for Lyft for 2 years and recently drove it from California to South Carolina. It’s has never broke down, had to replace the tires a few times but nothing but basic maintenance. I’m at 112k miles and going strong. One small accident the other 2 cars were totaled mine had minor damage on the front driver side. I love my VW.
