Some of the reviews on this site must be talking about a different dealiership when it comes to the Sales, Finance, and Finance Management team. I purchased a new car from David Anthony at MB Sarasota, and I could not be happier with the service and expertise they provided. To put it in perspective, I've purchased several Mercedes vehicles at various dealerships over the years, and it was by far the best experience I have ever had. David was so helpful and his knowledge about the brand is unmatched. He was also super patient with me as I went through the negotiating process and MB Sarasota ended up offering the best price for the 2026 GLC as well as the best trade-in value. He also updated me on the status of the car as I awaited delivery regularly. His responsiveness was unreal. The finance team was equally helpful and pleasant to deal with. No hard sales tactics. Troy and his Manager could not have been easier and nicer to deal with. Overall, I would give this dealership a 10 if I could, and I RARELY take the time to write a review on any site unless the service is great. Go see David at MB Sarasota and the finance team. I just love everything about my 2021 80th anniversary edition G/C! I purchased new but now has 81000km. So much enjoy all the style comfort with no issues. So much more reliable and better looking than the new body style that was released later in 2021.

It is the first dealership that showed a distinct concern AFTER our purchase. Our salesman went above and beyond to make this sale pleasant. The sales rep’s name is Mark. Mark is patient and VERy knowledgeable!!! I highly recommend this person as the best ever.

The 2016 Subaru Outback is the first car I'd ever bought brand new, and I haven't been disappointed since it was purchased 7 years ago. It's very reliable, fun to drive, easy on gas, easy on maintenance and easy on the eyes. Will do it all over again when I make my next Subaru purchase!

Nissan had incentives for buying out my current lease. The upgrade/sales team were very helpful in completing my deal. I'll be back to visit them when I want to trade in my vehicle for a new one.

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

Overall I'm satisfying with the car I have no issue till now the car is running 55,000 mile over, still I don't have any major problem. The space is huge inside that car that is more satisfying even if you sit in the third row and adult person can sit comfortably.

On a late Friday afternoon shortly before closing we pulled into this Subaru dealership with a potential dead battery. Now I realize this is not a major problem but experiencing this after hurricane issues and brain surgery, it was a big deal. Their policy is to put the vehicle thru a 2 hr test before putting a new battery in. With no loaners in sight at first and a husband not in good health we couldn’t be without a vehicle. This is when “Danny” De Angelis came to our rescue. The way he treated us at almost closing time, the care, the concern he showed us was deeply appreciated. Subaru can take pride in this gentleman who knows how to treat customers and those of us who are stressed to the max. In no way, did he “rush” us thru. Danny was courteous to my husband and myself, from beginning to end. You are an asset to this company. Thank you Danny ….we need more people like you.

The Subaru Outback is one of the best cars on the road. This car is definitely worth every penny that it costs. Performance at reliability cannot be underestimated. The company stands behind its warranty in every way. It’s like having a more expensive car without the hassle and expense!

My Grand Cherokee Laredo E just turned 50,000 miles a few days ago. Other than routine maintenance, the only money that I have invested in it was for 4 tires last month. Extremely comfortable, capable and reliable. While not delivering Prius-like gas mileage, given the performance it provides in all types of weather.............NO COMPLAINTS !

2017 KIA Sorento , I love my SUV! I’ve had an issues at all until 2024. I had to have an oil pan leak. Also, Rear Bearing sensor. Other than that regular stuff such as tires windshield wiper, ect The vehicle was a year old and a one person owner when I purchased it

Great car! Overpaid a bit; but, bought top of the line with only 23k miles. Loved it and didn't want to dicker over price. Rudes well. Acceleration is good. Roomy, spacious passenger cabin and cargo bay. Amazing technology. I recommend this vehicle highly. Take a serious look at this one. You wont be disappointed.

So far I am very pleased with my Toyota Tacoma, it is more than I expected and the biggest surprise is the low interior noise and the smooth ride. I was able to go down to south Florida (Pembroke Pine area with my three kid and they enjoyed the ride. Every time we are going some where they want me to take the Tacoma instead of my wife Honda mini van.

The service guy, name James was great. Had a problem with my breaks he took me back to the mechanic who was going to work on it. (Joe the mechanic)They both Gave me a thorough explanation of the problem, which I thought was unique. Of course, they could have told me anything like “ Hey you need a new Johnson rod” I would have probably said ok. It was my second visit to Gettle service overall excellent experience.

I did an extensive research on Japanese SUV’s and I kept coming back to the Mazda CX5. This vehicle is beautiful inside and out and is amazingly smooth and quiet. It also has really good handling and plenty of power even with the 4 cylinder. I think Mazda gives the best bang for the buck of all the Japanese car brands. I highly recommend the Mazda CX5.

omar rodriguez helped us again this year to purchase a Mercedes Benz GLC 300 and the experience was as good as last year when we purchased our GLE 350. He was very helpful in helping us choose the right car and the whole process went very smooth. He was very fair during the negotiations. I had problems with misfire. Cylinder #5 misfire about 135000 miles. It was under extended warranty. Still cost me some dollars because the dealership some other issues needed to be repaired that they say they found and without repaired the warranty company wouldn't replace the Cylinder #5. Now I have 151000 miles and Cylinder #6 has misfire. I have a 2018 GT Plus. Very nice looking car. Now with high mileage it seems like a problem. I had all maintenance preformed including oil changes. That was very important because without that the warranty company wouldn't have paid for the repairs.

Seamless-they replaced my battery, and accommodated me for an unscheduled A service! Very pleasant experience-will return for further recommend maintenance as per MB schedule-THANK YOU!

This car is far superior to my previous 2021 Toyota RA4. In my distant youth I use to do some racing and handling is highest priority. Suspension, steering, 17" alloy wheels vs 15" steel wheels with hubcaps, full spare tire vs doughnut, 3 row seating vs 2 rows, 400 lbs heavier therefore more stable in windy conditions and roads that are not level, and much more. Only downside is the general Volkswagen issue with poor sound systems. Not only that, the after market is almost non-existent for the Tiguan.

Bought my 2015 Honda Accord LX used in 2018 with 42K on the odometer. It now has just over 100K and has for most of the past 7 years been a very good vehicle overall, requiring only manufacturer recommended routine maintenance. Within the past year, however, it has needed to have the starter replaced and repair work done on the air conditioning unit. The cost of those repairs totaled about $1,200. Not too bad for over 7 years of regular driving. I'm still really pleased with the performance of the vehicle. Handling, acceleration and braking are truly excellent. I'm most impressed by the gas mileage. On a recent 2,400 mile round-trip from Florida to Pennsylvania the car averaged just over 41 mpg. In local mixed driving it consistently gets between 35-37 mpg. Getting that type of gas mileage with the kind of performance it provides is hard to beat!

We drove two states over to McKenzie Buick GMC in Milton, FL to meet with Nick and make a purchase on our new Yukon Denali. Customer service was top notch. We were going for their 2019 Yukon Denali to replace a 2008 Tahoe LTZ. We are very pleased with the vehicle. The upgrades are wonderful. Love the cooling seats, the wifi, the HUD and even days after our purchase they have reached out to check on how we were and mailed us a small gift that meant so much. I've always absolutely loved this car for ALL of its awesomeness, but I decided to write this review today because my Tiguan saved my life. I've owned it for 5 years and enjoyed all of it - for its reliability, performance, comfor, style - you name it. But today, thanks to this car and its safety (airbags performance in particular), I am still alive, so I wanted to write this review because this car truly deserves it. Thank you to all the people who've made this car.

2022 F150 PowerBoost 3.5 twin turbo absolutely hauls xxx with phenomenal gas mileage on a 30 gallon tank. I’ve gotten a true 600 and 700 miles out of a tank of gas when it’s in Eco mode it will run on battery alone if you’re on flat level ground and maintain your speed that’s how they obtain so many miles out of a tank full of gas probably one of the best F1 50s I’ve owned and I’ve had several of them. If you leave it in tow Haul mode it will disengage the auto stop start so the vehicle remains on. It’s been absolutely bullet proof with zero issues. If I’m not driving the Dually Diesel F350 I’m driving this..

My wife and I came to Honda of Sarasota to check out a new Honda Pilot SUV. We were helped by Paul DeMiere shortly after we arrived. Paul brought out the Pilot Elite for us and proceeded to explain everything about this model. He described how the doors, seating and storage worked and could be arranged. He then went through a lengthy explanation on all the controls and infotainment system. Very impressive and helpful! Everyone we met or spoke to was very friendly and helpful.

Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

Ride is smooth and quiet with what engine doesn't have in speed it has in hidden torque in motor. I ended up not buying the vehicle he spent a lot of time assisting me with, primarily due to my changing the specific model I want (Porsche 911). If you are searching for low pressure assistance I highly recommend Anders as your Sales Consultant regarding a new or used vehicle at this dealership. From all I could see this is a pretty solid choice for a dealership.

Bought a 2023 Mini Countryman ALL4 John Cooper Works Edition of the car, and received my order last summer. Simply put, the performance is AMAZING. Put it in Sport Mode (a minor inconvenience), and it becomes a force to be reckoned with, especially to those unaware of this car’s capabilities. It’s marketed as a Mini—SUV, and I think that’s a fair categorization. Still have plenty of room for passengers, groceries,!etc, without sacrificing much, if any, performance. My only complaints? Difficult/clumsy control mechanism to get into Sport Mode, no native Android support, and rear windows are awkwardly installed, and have been “properly aligned” with remainder of car, instead of giving the appearance of being aligned with front/rear windows. In summation, this car performs better than its competition (a 2L inline 4cylinder, lightly turbocharged/intercooled, AWD, pretty aesthetics, and lots of opportunities for upgrades, beyond 301HP, 331FT/LBS Torque, and you have a contender for “production car SLEEPER OF THE YEAR!”), like the other “hot hatches”. Everytime my wife or I drive it, we NOW take turns.(she was bitten by the Mini bug) driving it EVERYWHERE, from trips to work, to the grocery store, and vacation driving. You really have to drive a JCW in Sport Mode to appreciate what I’ve said. Anyhow, these are my impressions on this amazing little car. Worth every penny, not getting rid of or replacing it, anytime soon!
