We purchased a vehicle from this dealership. It was my wife's retirement car. About six years ago. The car and service has been outstanding. The car is an Acura ILX. We couldn't be more pleased. We use their service exclusively.

I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

Trichia was as always knowledgeable and eager to help. I had an issue with a tire and needed it repaired before a road trip. She said, “ Don’t worry, we’ll take care of it.” She did and I had a safe trip. Thanks Trichia.

I'm on my 3rd Hummer in 20 years (a 2004 SUV, a 2007 SUV,Victory Edition, and now a 2008 SUT). The car looks fabulous (a real Tonka Toy!!), and as comfortable as a Bentley. It can pick up speed pretty quickly if you use the paddle shifters while pushing the engine, but I love to just cruise with it.. As for the gas mileage, there's the old saying that if you have to worry about it, it's not right for you. The smile that I have every time I drive it is worth the extra couple of MPG. Cool, comfortable, luxurious, powerful and commanding, it has no peers

Everything was good and I did not have any issues with the Service tech. I definitely will choose them again for my car service.

2021 LT Trail Boss has great styling, powerful engines, and tons of technology in a great package. A commanding view of the road, a nice comfortable interior, amazing Bose Stereo system, tons of storage and tons of space for adults in the crew cab. But there are issues, side mirrors are too small, harsher ride (which I expected), and DFM, GDI engines, and questions on the 10 speed transmissions. I recommend disabling DFM ASAP or using the L9 trick to overide the system, to help prolong the life of the engines from lifter failure. Mine is under warranty for another 18K miles, if it acts up at all its into the dealership for warranty service.

Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

This is 100% one of the best cars I’ve owned. Comparing it to my previously owned Acuras, Audis, BMWs, Buicks, Cadillacs, GMCs, Land Rover Range Rovers, Mercedes-Benzs, Porsches, Volkswagens, this is one of my top favorite vehicles for comfort, performance, technology, driving, etcetera. I 10/10 recommend.

I purchased it used in 2022, it had 76k and now has 96 in 2025. It's 4wd with the 5.7 Hemi in the Overland trim. It hasn't given me any trouble.

The 2019 Grand Cherokee Limited was the Jeep I had my eye on for a while. I've owned a 2012 Laredo X, and a 2018 Limited Anniversary/Heritage Edition. I was specifically looking for Limited trim without the 20" rims, although, I love the look of the Altitude versions, I just didn't really care/want to deal with less side-wall, nicer-looking rims. I avoided the Overland and Trailhawk because of the air-suspension. Overall the interior is fine, it's comfortable and familiar for me, since I've owned them before, but that's also the only issue/complaint I would have. The interior is updated from the 2012, however, basically it's a very light update, U-Connect, Gauges, Shifter, and possibly a few other items here and there. But essentially, the dashboard is the same dashboard I've seen since 2012. While owning the previous (2) I never experienced any mechanical issues that left me stranded. One had a weird issue with blowing lights in the tailgate, but it would just randomly decide to burn out, replace one it would blow another. No other major issues. The 2019 leather on the steering wheel feels smooth and buttery like they always have. The suspension feels great, still solid and tight. Brakes are strong and grippy, pedal feel is nice and firm. So far I'm super satisfied with this Jeep, I got the perfect combination of all the features I wanted, Memory Seats, Sunroof, power trunk, heated-seats and wheel. Not sure if I'd be willing to sell this one and get a newer model, but, I'd possibly get another WK2.

This is my first Jeep I have ever owned. I always liked the looks of the Grand Cherokee. I’m happy with the vehicle. No complaints except it does like to drink gasoline. My previous 4 vehicles were all 8 cylinder full size pickup trucks. The Jeep being a 6 cylinder eats more gas. The Other than that, I’m very happy with my purchase of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Good looks, drives well, comfortable and safe.

After going to several other dealers, decided to give CarMax a try, credit has some dings, just like lots of folks these days, but they found me some financing quickly with no endless run around like other dealers. Had a serious transmission problem less than a year after purchase but the MaxCare warranty took care of it, plus provided a rental for the week they had my car, no questions or problems, only had to pay deductible of 100 on a 2200 repair. Excellent experience all the way around, I've recommended several people to them. Will definitely go back when I'm ready for my Camaro!! :-)

Great car! Overpaid a bit; but, bought top of the line with only 23k miles. Loved it and didn't want to dicker over price. Rudes well. Acceleration is good. Roomy, spacious passenger cabin and cargo bay. Amazing technology. I recommend this vehicle highly. Take a serious look at this one. You wont be disappointed.

Was looking for safety and security in a suv Comfort for neck and back were important this particular model goes above and beyond. Ride is smooth and quiet with what engine doesn't have in speed it has in hidden torque in motor. I love my car, the dealership was so nice and did everything they could to get me in updated Honda Accord. When picking up my car they had it washed, clean, tank full of gas, made me an extra copy of my car insurance to have in my car and everyone congratulated me that made my day. bought a new 2022 GC Summit. I wanted the hemi, only found it in Summit pkg at the time. Overall love the vehicle interior is as nice as anything out there. Real wood, lots of leather and nice materials overall on interior. Kicking stereo. Had a 2016 Overland with hemi. Wanted one more new hemi before quit making them. Easy 20-22 mpg at 70 mph. Plenty of power, very quiet and smooth. Biggest complaint all the plastic trim on the outside. First time i shut the door sounded like a rattle or something, not as solid as the 2016, when i shut the door it sounded solid. Nothing i could find wrong just pieces seeming to make a noise. Overall love it. Looks great, rides great, descent mileage, and very nice interior. Did i mention messaging seats are real sweet. Also plenty of towing power which i needed. Excellent in the snow as well.

Driving over a year now, comfortable ride. Many features on the Black Edition. Automatic headlights, wipers, panoramic roof, heated seats, wiper defroster, heat/ AC works very well. Car has standard headlight washer...long hold or after so many windshield washings... just a few. Only drawback! The integrated navigation..used TOMTOM that is very poor feature. Unable to have an update. Map has trouble accurately find places...if local destination..gives location sometimes in other places or even states.

It is a great car, my uncle drove it in the west hamptons in New York to the beach. Very fun when the roof is not there.

The infotainment system feels behind the times, and features like a head‑up display or massaging seats simply aren’t available. The front seats could also use more side bolstering for better support. Even with those shortcomings, the overall package is strong. When you factor in the typical selling price—often well below MSRP—the value becomes even clearer. You’re getting a large, comfortable, powerful, and well‑built luxury SUV that prioritizes reliability and long‑term durability over chasing trends. It’s not perfect, but nothing in this class is. What the QX80 does, it does exceptionally well, and that’s why it earns a full five stars from me.

Absolutely LOVE my 392 20th Yr edition!! She’s a stingray grey beast, that is just as powerful and fun to drive as my Ftype Jaguar! The detail and design is comfortable and I am addicted to the powerful exhaust rumble on her! Puts any previous year Wrangler in a different class- my opinion, after having other Rubicon’s. Well worth taking the leap and spending the +$100k on her! No regrets!
