From reading the worst years were w0017 through 2009 and I experienced that after I read about and I also learned that the best years are 2010 through 2015 In terms of suspension tuning and realiability. 1-12-24 After looking a couple of months for a decent used car (Either poor quality or unwilling to negotiate), I remembered this used car dealership (I lived in The Hocking Hills for 35 years). Upon doing a Google Search, I found a couple of cars that I was interested in. I made the trip there from Chillicothe. I was greeted by the owner, Derrick, and salesperson Lya (Leah). I conducted a very thorough inspection of the 2 vehicles that I was interested in, and took both for a test drive. I ended up purchasing a 2010 Hyundai Sonata with 130,000 miles on it that was in my price range. Both cars spoke for themselves, but Derrick and Lya did not hesitate to point out the minor flaws that each vehicle had. To say the least this was a very good experience for me. Nowadays who points out a flaw in a vehicle? From the time that I arrived on the lot, during the paperwork, until I left the lot, Derrick and Lya were very professional, well mannered, and respectful. I can’t say enough good things about this car!I bought it in 2020 with 45k miles and it was used for two and a half years to get me to school in another town 45-70 miles away, and it kept me safe and performed as good as I could ever ask for. The safety features are the cherry on top and saved me multiple times when merging into other lanes. It has all the bells and whistles- under glow lights, led lights in the front row, Bluetooth connection, and so much more. The car is spacious and has allowed me to drive with multiple people In the car comfortably. The back trunk contains so much space even with the third row seats up. The only issue I have ever had with this vehicle is around 100k miles, the gear shift locked. However, this never affected me and this is something that never needs to be fixed if it doesn’t drive you crazy, and the solution of depressing the gear lock to unlock it while you drive is a simple fix. Overall, this car has been very reliable even at over 110k miles and gives a luxury feel in an affordable vehicle. My favorite car. STOP THE KIA SLANDER!!

I will never drive another car but Prius again. My little C can fit 8 foot boards inside, it gets at least 45+ miles a gallon, has been INCREDIBLY RELIABLE in the 11 years. The previous C was hit on the driver's side by Lexus SUV at FULL speed and I climbed out unharmed on the other side. That little car absorbed so much force to keep me save. Prius FOREVER.

I own the 2011 Impreza Outback Sport. Can't say enough great things about this car. Over the past 10 years I have put 155,000 miles on it and it's still my every day vehicle. The biggest issue I've ever had with it was I had to replace the fuel pump around 120k. It's great in the snow, it handles very well overall, and I know it's safe to drive thanks to Subaru's 5 star crash rating.

I bought my Elantra new. Never had to take it in for mechanical problems just front end due to pot holes. The car gave me an average mileage of 5.3/100km. I finally traded up to a newer Elantra. This is an awesome car. It car go anywhere and carry a lot of cargo. Drives through any road surface, rain, snow, ice. It got me through the winter and summer.

We bought 2017 Chevrolet Equinox 4 cylinder. Pre owned with about 59k miles. It’s over 110k and we’ve had the oxygen sensor and catalytic converter replaced. Also 1 tire sensor. We’ve put the 2nd set of tires on the car yesterday. Always Michelin as recommended and brake shoes. I just have to say I still love my car. It’s paid for and I’ll drive her as long as I can.

We found a vehicle online and visited the dealership to check it out. The salesperson was very helpful and allowed us to negotiate a fair price on the trade-in and car in which we were interested. One hint though: if you use the online method make sure you read the fine print on the price listed.

If you plan on buying a ford edge from 2017, or anywhere between 2015-18, I implore you to make sure that you buy a used one. Why, because if it has over 100k miles on it, there's a good chance it had a good gen 1 engine in it or already had the cracked gen 1 engine in it replaced with a new gen 2 engine in it that won't crack anytime soon. This is a known problem with the ford edges and other models that come with that specific first generation model inline 4-cylinder between the 80k-100k miles marker, Ford knows about it and a recall should be issued but they won't be doing that anytime soon. So, if you by a ford edge with under 60k miles on it like I did, immediately purchase the 50k miles powertrain warranty at designated ford dealer, and if the car is a CPO get the 100k miles warranty no matter what the miles on it currently are, you no idea if the engine you got is going to crack, so make sure you get the warranty plan that will cover replacing the engine and anything else that goes wrong with the needed number of miles to cover the 80k-100k miles marker; my edge almost made it to 100k miles before it cracked. And because the new engine put so much back pressure on the old transmission, the engine killed the transmission, so I got that replaced too! $205 deductible later, and I essentially got an entire new car, I'll drive the thing till the wheels fall off at this point.

We purchased our 2017 hatchback new in the summer of 2017. Our only expenses at 134,000 plus miles has been gas, regular oil and filter changes, tire pressure sensor and tires. A VERY reliable car with average mileage 34 mpg, max highway was 55 plus! And normal highway at 70 mpg of 43 mpg. No interior, exterior or mechanical issues or viewable wear. I wish Chevy still produced them for sale in U.S.A. as we would gladly buy another. No other new vehicle this size, mileage, amenities at this price.

This vehicle has been awesome from the day I first started driving it. Great on gas, engine is very responsive and reliable. A/C is very cold and the starts so nicely every time. The engine has all the power you would ever need. This one is a 2.0 Turbo. I have kept this car serviced regularly and it has performed flawlessly.

I had 6 of these in the last 15 years. Mostly do breaks, change tires and fluids. NEVER in any of these did I have a transmission issue. Love the stow away seats. Plenty of power in the V6 3.6L engine. I sold 5 of these, and got only thanks. Was never stranded, Countless Florida and Canada trips, Great family car.

I bought a 2013 Limited with eco-boost a year ago and I love it. It has relatively low miles for the age and has more bells and whistles than any vehicle I've ever owned. I do find the AWD doesn't preform as well as other AWD vehicles I've had. Even with the same kind of all weather tires, I find it slides quite easily on winter roads when taking turns. The length of the vehicle could also be part of the issue. Regardless, I love her! The specs on it were an eye popping $58k when it was new, I'm glad to get it for much less and still enjoy the heated and a/c seats, backup camera, auto parking, and my favorite, the built in mini fridge and freezer between the middle row captions chairs! Ha ha ha what an awesome vehicle. Mid range gas milage has been ok. I've had to replace a couple parts that I suppose were just worn out from age, like the radiator hose. The panoramic roof gives it much needed light so it isn't a big dark box.

We have purchased many cars over the years for our family and I must say that this is the best experience we've ever had with a car dealership. I was not in any way, shape, or form in the market for a car in today's market. My car was paid for, I was completely happy with it for the time being, and not having a payment was one less thing to worry about. My paid off car, with no payments, was totaled while sitting in a parking spot on a main street a few weeks ago. Out the window went my "keep my paid off car until the market gets better plans"! After much research (I live in Athens County), I discovered Don Wood had a decent inventory across all of their locations, so off to Athens I went (I went to the Don Wood Toyota location). He made what was an extremely stressful situation into an enjoyable experience for someone that had no choice but to purchase a vehicle during a pandemic with the current car sales market. He took the time to listen to my situation, evaluate my needs, and was kind and thoughtful. He found the perfect car for me, with low mileage (34,000), at the right price, so I am forever grateful. Side note, he also set up installation for an add-on I wanted on the car, at a great price, with a car to drive while mine is having the work completed.
