I just wanted to say Tim Hoffman in service exceeded my expectations. I bought a 2016 CT6 from a dealership in Crystal Lake. I put 300 miles on the car and noticed something was not right with Transmission good thing I had the extended warranty. I usually don't do reviews, but have to give a shout out to Jamie for making the process easy. I was not in the mood to buy a car and all I wanted was simplicity. Jamie understood that and didn't hassle me, which was the right call because I literally walked away from another dealership for being too pushy on upgrades and financing. I'm happy with my purchase and my experience with Jamie at Woody. Never thought I'd get a Buick, but it's super cute and I think I'll enjoy having it just as much as I enjoyed my last car.
