The vehicle was great EXCEPT for the shifter which was the worst type EVER that GM designed!! I had family that could not figure out how to use it!!

My service advisor had such a great attitude with welcoming me in and smiling as he assured he would make sure my experience was going to be great. And it was thx to him. It was refreshing to have a service employee appear to love his job, or he pretending really well. Either way it was appreciated. A great attitude goes a long way!

The repairs and guidance we received from Service Advisor Stephen Chong and Master Mechanic Fernando were Best in CLASS on the repairs necessary for our 2013 Tiguan - Volkswagen. Both were able to explain and guide us through the critical repairs that our aged Tiguan needed to keep it on the road. Stephen did a fantastic job to keep the overall costs lowered through efforts of discounts that Principle Volkswagen of Grapevine have in place for customers. We felt the overall cost to repair our vehicle with OEM parts was minimal. We were also very pleased Stephen was honest in his assessment with the practicality of us purchasing a new vehicle down the road, in about 5 years. Principle Volkswagen?s Master Mechanic Fernando, was the BEST in locating the EXACT cause of our Tiguan?s problems with his thorough inspection. He also explained the issues causing a loud roaring sound inside the vehicle cab that anyone could understand. I absolutely love this car. While being priced on the high end, this is a luxury car that delivers. With 310 horsepower, 9 cylinder transmission, and luxurious interior appointments, this car delivers power and can definitely leave you feeling spoiled. The only issues that I have seen are really minor. The fuel door, when opened, can actually dent the body of the vehicle. The interior shade on the moonroof is a manual latch, not mechanical. It simply seems a little cheap compared to the rest of the car. My model is an Avenir model, but it does not have the advanced cruise control or the self parking modes. It did not have a significant price drop for not having these options and I am not sure why an Avenir model did not have all of the options available. I had to buy it during the chip shortage and took what was available. Altogether, this is the nicest car I have ever owned and I am very pleased!

Great buying experience, much better than other dealerships for buying a vehicle. They didn't force us to add an extended warranty or other typical dealership nonsense.

I bought my 2020 Enclave new and have been totally pleased. It rides better gets better mpg smoother more quiet and a much better ‘road car’ than the compatible Mercedes and BMW company cars I’ve driven. The tranny seems to be in the best gear more often without the annoying hard downshifts. The only option I wish Buick would offer is a third seat delete… I very seldom use the 3rd seats. It would be nice if they were removable like my Rendezvous seats which offered much more cargo space without them. The excellent road manners and smooth quiet ride shortens my 450 mile trip to my daughter’s house…. And I made it there without stopping for gas! 16.3 gal to go 451 miles… on a 310hp engine. I always liked my Chevy Caprices… but this Enclave is actually better and no problems just like the Caprices.

I went to buy a cash car. I had a price range to follow. I looked at a Lexus 07 LS460. I was helped out in getting a deal for this car by Jesse. I had some some request to be addressed first, to make me feel better about the deal. I saw they where all made. Maybe not to a high standard but they were done. The whole process felt easy with no pressure. I never believed Jesse was playing games with me. Ever. All in all he sold me a car I wanted and at the price I wanted. What more can you ask for? It's a 07. It's got issues. Yes. It's a used car but the buying experience was never an issue. Would I go back to buy another one? Yes. Will I tell a friend? Yes. I just recommend you do your own research on the particular car your looking at. I did not and still got a good deal. Ask for Jesse.

Traded my Rogue for a 2020 Buick Enclave and I am loving it. It is comfortable which matters to me since I am older. I don't know if it would be that popular with a younger generation but for long trips I think even they would like it, especially if you have kids. It is great when traveling with our dogs and we could sleep comfortably in it if we decide to stop at a camp site. I do wish it had some standard things on it that my Rogue did. The seats are more comfortable than the Rogue. I wish the cruise control automatically adjusted the speed. I wish it had a Lane departure warning.
