I was so worried about the money so she put me in touch with the Manager, Matt. Oh goodness what a jewel he is. My experience with this dealership has been the best I have had To date. They went far above any other dealership that I’ve purchased vehicles from. My salesman Bob Halliday was phenomenal, he got me more for my trade and I had one issue with the vehicle that I wanted fixed . Bob got that issue taken care of while I was going through the finance part of the process and even transferred my property over to my new to me vehicle. The finance team got me a great interest rate and worked hard to get the extended warranty and gap insurance I wanted and got it within the amount I budgeted for this purchase. All in all it was pleasurable and I will look to Pappas Toyota on my next vehicle purchase.

I have driven my 2025 Buick Enclave Sport Touring almost 9k miles and I am beyond happy with the car. The car is very smooth, comfortable, beautiful and economical. I do both city and freeway driving and so far, my MPG average is over 29 miles, getting about 580+ miles to a tank of gas! My 2025 Enclave drives so much better than the SUV I used to drive that had a V-6 engine and gets over 10 miles more per gallon of gas, on average. I have more than enough room when transporting family members and/or my (3) dogs. Everyone enjoys being a passenger in my Enclave.

The vehicle was great EXCEPT for the shifter which was the worst type EVER that GM designed!! I had family that could not figure out how to use it!!

Sales consultant; Bob Reasoner, helped me with the car I was looking for. This dealership has a no rush, clarity policy that aloows you to inspect the car to your satifaction and present you with a car that has been safety inspected & detailed. Qualification and rates were resonable.

I absolutely love this car. While being priced on the high end, this is a luxury car that delivers. With 310 horsepower, 9 cylinder transmission, and luxurious interior appointments, this car delivers power and can definitely leave you feeling spoiled. The only issues that I have seen are really minor. The fuel door, when opened, can actually dent the body of the vehicle. The interior shade on the moonroof is a manual latch, not mechanical. It simply seems a little cheap compared to the rest of the car. My model is an Avenir model, but it does not have the advanced cruise control or the self parking modes. It did not have a significant price drop for not having these options and I am not sure why an Avenir model did not have all of the options available. I had to buy it during the chip shortage and took what was available. Altogether, this is the nicest car I have ever owned and I am very pleased!
