I bought my 2020 Enclave new and have been totally pleased. It rides better gets better mpg smoother more quiet and a much better ‘road car’ than the compatible Mercedes and BMW company cars I’ve driven. The tranny seems to be in the best gear more often without the annoying hard downshifts. The only option I wish Buick would offer is a third seat delete… I very seldom use the 3rd seats. It would be nice if they were removable like my Rendezvous seats which offered much more cargo space without them. The excellent road manners and smooth quiet ride shortens my 450 mile trip to my daughter’s house…. And I made it there without stopping for gas! 16.3 gal to go 451 miles… on a 310hp engine. I always liked my Chevy Caprices… but this Enclave is actually better and no problems just like the Caprices.

Service advisor Kevin did a great job navigating the extended warranty coverage process for us, and locating a service loaner when issues turned out to be more extensive than expected.

This is my dream car ! I love the leather interior, the color inside an out! The heated seats! The smooth ride! I also got the lex protection an love it!! I highly recommend this car an the service department. Great people!

Traded my Rogue for a 2020 Buick Enclave and I am loving it. It is comfortable which matters to me since I am older. I don't know if it would be that popular with a younger generation but for long trips I think even they would like it, especially if you have kids. It is great when traveling with our dogs and we could sleep comfortably in it if we decide to stop at a camp site. I do wish it had some standard things on it that my Rogue did. The seats are more comfortable than the Rogue. I wish the cruise control automatically adjusted the speed. I wish it had a Lane departure warning.

Was looking for safety and security in a suv Comfort for neck and back were important this particular model goes above and beyond. Ride is smooth and quiet with what engine doesn't have in speed it has in hidden torque in motor. I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

Got my oil changed and tires rotated and balanced along with a new battery Kenny did an outstanding job along making the process quick and easily at Platinum Chevrolet. Just purchased a Hyundai Elantra from here. I want anyone who is leery of reviews like I am, questioning if alot of 5 stars are just bots, to be reassured you will get a 5 star experience here. I've only ever had used cars, and even with this one being nine years old, it was the cleanest and closest to new condition that I've ever bought. The previous owner had made some aftermarket changes to the dash I hadn't realized while searching online. The team was able to work with me to accommodate my, perhaps, off center needs (i.e. I was looking for a car with a CD player lol). I want to give a big shout-out to Danny. Interest rates aren't great right now, and we went with the finance company that responded first. In the day waiting on the radio to be changed, they received a better quote on the interest rate than what I had signed and agreed to. He could have just let it be instead of dealing with the annoyance redoing the paperwork, and I wouldn't have blamed him. However, he wasn't concerned with that, which seems unheard of. I cannot imagine many other dealers, large or small, taking that extra time to make sure the customer is taken care of from all angles. The owner was real nice and cared about me getting the car I wanted, not just whatever he could sell. Chris was super patient and unbothered the times I called in checking on the status of the alterations. They have 2 super cute dogs you can pet while waiting on paperwork. I've never had a car purchase stand out like this, which is why I'm writing this review. Everyone here has an approach uncommon to any dealer I've been to. I can 100% recommend C3 without reservation or hesitation.

Bought it used in May 2022. It's a 2016 Buick Enclave awd Tucson Edition (displayed as leather). It's a nice car, was around $28,000 from carmax with 70k miles. It's first problem occurred in June 2025 when the ac stopped working, it got fixed. Only major problem was at 105k miles when the transmission had trouble. Reason why was because the dealer said it had the 4,500 lb tow package, but it was missing a crucial part needed to tow. Transmission was fixed, and car still runs fine to this day at 108k miles. 3.6L V6 288 horsepower.
