I bought my 2020 Enclave new and have been totally pleased. It rides better gets better mpg smoother more quiet and a much better ‘road car’ than the compatible Mercedes and BMW company cars I’ve driven. The tranny seems to be in the best gear more often without the annoying hard downshifts. The only option I wish Buick would offer is a third seat delete… I very seldom use the 3rd seats. It would be nice if they were removable like my Rendezvous seats which offered much more cargo space without them. The excellent road manners and smooth quiet ride shortens my 450 mile trip to my daughter’s house…. And I made it there without stopping for gas! 16.3 gal to go 451 miles… on a 310hp engine. I always liked my Chevy Caprices… but this Enclave is actually better and no problems just like the Caprices.

Michael Le and Mo Sadat always take such great care of me. I currently have 2 cars from this dealership, 4 in total in my life BECAUSE of these guys. Greg is also awesome and you can't get better service anywhere on the 394 strip that I can find.

The vehicle was great EXCEPT for the shifter which was the worst type EVER that GM designed!! I had family that could not figure out how to use it!!

Was looking for safety and security in a suv Comfort for neck and back were important this particular model goes above and beyond. Ride is smooth and quiet with what engine doesn't have in speed it has in hidden torque in motor. My experience with Luther Kia of Bloomington (Minnesota) has been positive over several trips to the dealership. They treated me fairly and courteously. I feel they are concerned about my future needs with my 2022 Kia Soul which already has 68,000 miles on it. No major expenditures out of pocket so far with the exception of four new tires and a brake job which are ordinary. Best of all, I don't think the dealership misses anything to check. They're very thorough and bend over backwards to accommodate me, whether than means arranging a Lyft or bringing ina tech for a specific issue. The Service Writers keep me informed all along the way with progress and wait time expectations. I'm very impressed with the way they do things at Luther's Bloomington Kia!

I stopped in for my first service visit yesterday over lunch. Shame on me for not keeping the receipt to give my service advisor credit for the great service. He was knowledgeable about what my EV would need and clearly explained what the visit would involve. The visit was faster than expected, and communication was top-notch. I had my vehicle in prior, to another Chevrolet dealer with less than stellar service, so this is now my go-to for service. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this car. While being priced on the high end, this is a luxury car that delivers. With 310 horsepower, 9 cylinder transmission, and luxurious interior appointments, this car delivers power and can definitely leave you feeling spoiled. The only issues that I have seen are really minor. The fuel door, when opened, can actually dent the body of the vehicle. The interior shade on the moonroof is a manual latch, not mechanical. It simply seems a little cheap compared to the rest of the car. My model is an Avenir model, but it does not have the advanced cruise control or the self parking modes. It did not have a significant price drop for not having these options and I am not sure why an Avenir model did not have all of the options available. I had to buy it during the chip shortage and took what was available. Altogether, this is the nicest car I have ever owned and I am very pleased!
