We love this car. I've had Lincolns including the Navigator, high end Chrysler vans, "luxury" Fords like the Eddie Bauer Expedition and Mercury Mountaineers and this is by far my favorite vehicle. The Enclave projects luxury and backs it up. We have the Premium edition. The ride is excellent and far outclasses other SUVs we've owned which rode more like trucks. Plenty of room and a 5 star safety rating make it ideal for toting around the Grandkids. We went AWD for Michigan winters and plowed right through deep snow. A little more power and a little better gas milage would be nice but it's worth the trade off. 18 mph city is better than the Buick Regal Turbo we replaced and this car rides better too. I'll take the 23 mpg on the highway. As a 70s rock and roller and 45 year radio industry veteran, I love the Bose sound system. Especially when no one else is in the car! This is by far my favorite overall vehicle in 47 years of ownership. And yes the Kids and Grandkids give it 2 thumbs up!

it is 2023 and it has 146,000 miles on it with no major repairs. I change oil ever 5K miles and do all scheduled maintenance. My wife loves it. She can carry lots of her stuff and it easily converts to handle passengers.

The exterior is sporty. The placement of the vehicle's features are well placed. All three rows give even tall people room, such that they do not feel confined. With four adults and a toddler, we were able to have enough space to carry all planned luggage and snacks for a 2400 mile round trip journey. With all this space, I can still get this vehicle inside the garage.

I was given plenty of time to find without any hassle or hard selling. It made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable rather than rushed. Any questions I did have were answered clearly and honestly, and I never felt like I was being pushed toward something that wasn’t right for me. Arranging the test drive was quick and simple, and the test drive itself was smooth. Everything was explained clearly, and I was given the time I needed to properly get a feel for the car.

I can't write too much about this vehicle. The shop has had it longer than me. There seems to be an "out of balance" kind of shake when the vehicle reaches about 25 MPH. I have no doubt that the service team will find and correct the problem. I purchased this vehicle based on the fact that my mother had a Somerset and lent it to me for a week. That car was very comfortable and I knew this Enclave would live up to those standards. The SUV comfort was off the charts compared to that Somerset. For the short time I have driven it, I was pleased. I hope the shop finds the problem soon. I miss the comfort

So when we decided to replace my 11 year old car, we took the time to do research and read reviews of the newer models. Traded my Rogue for a 2020 Buick Enclave and I am loving it. It is comfortable which matters to me since I am older. I don't know if it would be that popular with a younger generation but for long trips I think even they would like it, especially if you have kids. It is great when traveling with our dogs and we could sleep comfortably in it if we decide to stop at a camp site. I do wish it had some standard things on it that my Rogue did. The seats are more comfortable than the Rogue. I wish the cruise control automatically adjusted the speed. I wish it had a Lane departure warning.

Ride is smooth and quiet with what engine doesn't have in speed it has in hidden torque in motor.
