Tony Franks was a wonderful sales person. He was very polite, easy to talk to spending alot of time with us. He was very informative with our questions regarding the Traverse we bought along with the questions we had about the process of buying the vehicle. He also demonstrated how the dashboard operated and answered the questions we had about all of the new computer board which is alot different with our current vehicle. We did not feel pressured and felt very confident with him. When we signed the paperwork with Brian Risk we also felt relaxed and nonpressured. He was very friendly and informative. He also rook the time with us while we decided on our loan and which extended warranty we wanted. This is our 4th vehicle we bought there since 2010 and hope to buy again. I bought my 2020 Enclave new and have been totally pleased. It rides better gets better mpg smoother more quiet and a much better ‘road car’ than the compatible Mercedes and BMW company cars I’ve driven. The tranny seems to be in the best gear more often without the annoying hard downshifts. The only option I wish Buick would offer is a third seat delete… I very seldom use the 3rd seats. It would be nice if they were removable like my Rendezvous seats which offered much more cargo space without them. The excellent road manners and smooth quiet ride shortens my 450 mile trip to my daughter’s house…. And I made it there without stopping for gas! 16.3 gal to go 451 miles… on a 310hp engine. I always liked my Chevy Caprices… but this Enclave is actually better and no problems just like the Caprices.
