The exterior is sporty. The placement of the vehicle's features are well placed. All three rows give even tall people room, such that they do not feel confined. With four adults and a toddler, we were able to have enough space to carry all planned luggage and snacks for a 2400 mile round trip journey. With all this space, I can still get this vehicle inside the garage.

Was looking for safety and security in a suv Comfort for neck and back were important this particular model goes above and beyond. Ride is smooth and quiet with what engine doesn't have in speed it has in hidden torque in motor. I bought my 2020 Enclave new and have been totally pleased. It rides better gets better mpg smoother more quiet and a much better ‘road car’ than the compatible Mercedes and BMW company cars I’ve driven. The tranny seems to be in the best gear more often without the annoying hard downshifts. The only option I wish Buick would offer is a third seat delete… I very seldom use the 3rd seats. It would be nice if they were removable like my Rendezvous seats which offered much more cargo space without them. The excellent road manners and smooth quiet ride shortens my 450 mile trip to my daughter’s house…. And I made it there without stopping for gas! 16.3 gal to go 451 miles… on a 310hp engine. I always liked my Chevy Caprices… but this Enclave is actually better and no problems just like the Caprices.

my experience with akar is fantastic they took real good care of me Ehab and Joe are the best and found the right car for me i have been going to them for my oil changes and bought my saturn from them outside of brakes and oil changes i never had a problem the car unfortunatly was in a accident and totalled

Great vehicle with room for seven and plenty of cargo space. A great motorhome TOAD thru model year 2017. Powerful V-6 engine and smooth shifting transmission.

The vehicle was great EXCEPT for the shifter which was the worst type EVER that GM designed!! I had family that could not figure out how to use it!!

Needed a second car to keep the miles down on my leased Acura ILX. It’s not something I am driving everyday so it doesnt need to be as nice as my Acura. I walked around the lot and found a nice honda with good miles. The price was right. I didn't have it in me to play hardball with the kid. They got me an extended warranty for a minor additional charge, which I know I am going to use in the future. I’m not handy, that is why I lease new Acuras. But they worked with me. Only thing they need is a coffee maker and maybe a nice donut spread like they do at the Acura dealer

The best automobile I've ever owned. It's 2024 now and I've really have only had it in the shop for routine maintenance and a recall in transmission. My AC is causing me some issues lately that no one seems to be able to diagnose. I live in S.E Texas and it gets very hot down here so I may have to trade it for a newer one. Love my Buick Enclave.

Shopping for a new vehicle ranks right up at the top of my list of things I dread doing. So when we decided to replace my 11 year old car, we took the time to do research and read reviews of the newer models. Being very tall and having several vehicle requirements, we narrowed the search. Five dealerships later, those did not pan out! Out of frustration, we decided to just go to the auto mall at Southpoint. As we wandered the lots, a salesman, Tarik Adas approached us from the Hendricks Buick/GMC dealership. Such a delightful and well informed salesman! No high pressure sale; he just listened to what we were looking for. He made several suggestions to try out for size and then showed us a vehicle that checked all the boxes and then some! Dealing with Abdul Aldanab in the Finance Department was very easy and he was able to offer us some options and extras that will help protect our new vehicle for years to come. We certainly did not go with the intention of purchasing a Buick, but we are loving the new ride! And like the commercial says . . . “It’s not your grandpa’s Buick!

As a single mother of 3 little ones, I need something dependable and big enough to haul around all of their toys and sports equipment. In the past I have been burned by used car dealers. After my husband left me, I can no longer afford to lease Acadia’s. Dave and Michael were great. They were very low pressure and offered for me to have a local mechanic of my choice take a look at the van. After the mechanic inspected the van, he noticed that there was a minor leak in the radiator. Dave and Michael went above and beyond for me. They ordered the part for the van and 3 days later it was repaired and ready for me to drive home. Traded my Rogue for a 2020 Buick Enclave and I am loving it. It is comfortable which matters to me since I am older. I don't know if it would be that popular with a younger generation but for long trips I think even they would like it, especially if you have kids. It is great when traveling with our dogs and we could sleep comfortably in it if we decide to stop at a camp site. I do wish it had some standard things on it that my Rogue did. The seats are more comfortable than the Rogue. I wish the cruise control automatically adjusted the speed. I wish it had a Lane departure warning.
