I purchased my car from Liberty Buick and bring it in for service. I have always been pleased with the service. Coleat is the best.

The Encore offers a very quiet and smooth ride. It has the get up and go when needed and handles really well. Drivers seating position is great for tall or short people but the seats aren't geared towards (wide) people, no disrespect intended. The car isn't very wide and the interior shows it. Driver and front passenger must share the one armrest on the driver's seat. A/C & heating knobs are not illuminated makes them hard to see at night. Back seat room is OK. Storage area good for groceries but not much else unless you raise the rear seat and lower the seat back. Doing this we were able to get a new mower in the box inside without any problem. Almost 30,000 miles with only regular oil changes and tire rotations. No mechanical issues at all! One of the best cars we have owned. Not to mention we bought it new while offered at $10000 of of list price!

It was a good experience I bought a Cadillac CTS wagon. Most of my contract was done over the phone since I lived almost 4 hrs away.

I bought 2014 Premium AWD used w, 30k miles and odometer now reads 179k. The car has been very reliable , I have replaced the water pump, timing belt, and done brakes and oil changes, I also fixed the manifold/valve cover issue. These were all normal Repairs . I am pretty good with maintenance, so that is key w this car. If you just drive it, don’t change oil or fluids then like any car you will have problems . This one has been very good .

When my daughter was 16, I went down to buy a salvage title car for her. Ended up buying an infinity G37 for myself and gave her my old car :). I drove that infinity for the next 6 years and handed it down to my son in law, and it’s still going strong. In the meantime, bought 4 other cars for others in my family and all are still on the road. Have referred Sam to numerous friends and all have had good experiences. You are buying a salvage title car, it may not be perfect. From my calculations these are priced at about 66% of what a similar clean title car would cost at a dealership. Have had no issues being able to insure the vehicles through USAA. Will be buying again from Sam!

Very good vehicle. Not that great on gas, but ok for all wheel drive. Lots of room up front, really like the the all wheel drive.

The car is beautiful inside. The seats are comfortable. I have a heated steering wheel and seated seats. The car has an automatic starter. I put high test in engine and the pick up is great. I put gas in the tank almost every two weeks. I love the car and would highly recommend it. Best car I ever drove.

Great car for the money. Easy to park and has been very reliable. Would definitely recommend this suv. I love the hatchback and can fit a ton of stuff in the back. Much more useful than a sedan and the back seats fold down.

Came here expecting hidden fees and hours of back and forth and found none of that. We worked with Angel and test drove 2 cars fairly quickly. Shortly after we decided on a Scion. The price was a little higher than we budgeted for but Tristen was able to knock the price down a little to where we needed. Walked out the door happy, all within an hour and a half. We love this car. Drives well. interior has a luxury car feel. my husband and i are both tall and a little heavy and there is plenty of room in both front seats for us. you do need to have light weight, slightly shorter friends for the back seat. the only drawback i can even think of is there is not a ton of room for multiple suitcases if you are picking up another couple at the airport. other than that, this is a great auto. we have had it for 3 years and have not had one single problem with it!!!
