I am writting a review fir Services on my vehicle on 11/19/2024 and 11/14/2024.There was an error in the evaluation and I am giving them a 5 star for a job well done.

We worked with Brian Newcomb to purchase a new 2025 Buick enclave. From the moment we walked in the door, we felt at ease and were comfortable. Brian was down to earth, honest, and personable. He was knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions. We highly recommend Brian. He made the whole process headache free and easy!

Could not have asked for a better experience. The salesman was very helpful and waked us thru everything in a way we could understand. it was a wonderful experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car.

Somehow the rear window wiper blade cover on my 2019 Buick Encore went missing.... The salesman I worked with Joe Kendall was excellent. The day after the purchase I noticed that a light strip was missing on one of the outside mirrors. The service dept fixed it. We came in late in the day with an unexpected emergency car repair and were very happy with the service provided. Everything was great! Check in, our shuttle driver Vicky was so kind and even stayed late to take us home which we appreciated. The car was fixed in a short amount of time and shuttle driver back Ed also very nice.
