Such good people here that help out willingly. Every time they have solved my issues in a timely manner. My tire pressure sensor lit up three miles after a tire rotation. I took the car back the next day and they repaired it with no fee. Awesome service. I feel welcome and taken care of.

Have had this car for a month. Everything is so well laid out and the MyBuick app is so easy to navigate. The mileage is fantastic. This is my first new car (ever) and my 3rd Buick overall. I love it!

Communication was great, as well as the follow-up, couldn't get them to budge on the price though.

The only reason I gave the interior a 4 is for the icons on the informations screen for Music, information and home, etc. are very dim and hard to see, especially during the day. After a while you know where they are and can just touch the area to get to what you want.

It was very welcoming and no pushy sales. The sales man was knowledgeable about the vehicle as well as the process of purchasing, and all the way up to insurance and registration requirements.

I unexpectedly wound up leasing a 2022 Buick Encore GX. I have been very happy with all of the features and performance of the vehicle. It is peppy, handles great and is quite comfortable. A small step down in size from a Chevy Equinox and it has worked out extremely well.

Being 65...using the Mybuick App to use the phone is way more challenging than I would like!! I'm not tech savvy and STILL can't figure how to get my phone calls to be heard in the cars audio! I think it's a "me problem" but wish it was as simple as linking the Android app and Mybuick app.

Buying a 2025 Ram was easy. Worked out the details with Jade (over the phone) drove in from Green Valley and traded in the 2023 Ram in less than 3 hours. Easy Peasy Dave D

For the money you can't do much better. Quiet, sleek and has lots of options available. Has plenty of room and storage for this class of car. Love the AWD version as I live in a part of the country that gets a fair amount of snow.

Tom Anderson and the service department at Henry Brown always do a stellar job for my Yukon. I've been going here 8 years and each time I receive friendly, thorough, and transparent assistance. I purchased a 2019 Mazda CX-5 online from Colorado from Mark Mazda. I couldn’t be happier. The online buying process was simple. I could figure out the exact cost of the vehicle ahead of time, which was helpful when comparing vehicles. I feel I got a MUCH better deal than dealers in CO were offering, even with the “inconvenience” of traveling to AZ to pick up the car. James Fajardo, my salesperson, is FANTASTIC!!! He picked me up from the airport, gave me an overview of the vehicle and even took the time to follow up with the prep guys to get a slight scratch I didn’t notice on the vehicle buffed out. My vehicle was immaculate when I picked it up. James really went above and beyond to make me feel my business was valued. I would highly recommend him. I appreciated the dealership’s willingness to work with me as an out of state buyer. Rick in finance was great too. My only complaint (and thus the 4 stars for the buying process) was having to wait about an hour to get in to see Rick. That part could have been better, considering I had a long drive home. It’s an older dealership so there’s not much to the facilities, but that not what I really cared about. I understand they’ll be moving into a brand new place later in the year which looks much nicer. I’m so happy with my experience I would buy another vehicle from James in the future - even with a long drive home!

I bought this used with 26,000 miles in the spring of 2024. I love the styling, interior, and value. My only complaint is that the angle of the infotainment display can make it difficult to see due to reflections, especially in bright sunlight. I love the AWD option, it adds to stability - even in dry conditions. The remote start is handy in cold weather since I now live in an apartment and no longer have a garage. Performance with the optional engine is more than adequate.

This car is a pleasure on longer trips. Comfortable driving seat and quiet ride. The turbo kicks in on the highway as needed with plenty of power and get over 30 mpg on the road. Our car has squeaking front brakes when backing up, but otherwise has had no issues. We haven't taken to dealer yet to get the issue corrected.

My wife and I are very pleased with our 2024 Encore GX purchased used w/ only 2500 mi on the clock. The Encore GX is one of the current Buick lineup of 3 small SUVs for about $25k; I suspect these hidden gems are unknown to many Americans. Unfortunately Buick's focus on China has resulted in the Buick brand being all but forgotten in the US. The NHTSA has given a ***** Overall Safety Rating to the 2024 GX. I have one negative with the Encore -- I'm 6'-1" and the Encore is small for me. Some call the cabin "surprisingly roomy" for a sub-compact suv. Truth be said IT'S JUST SMALL. Likes * 1.2L Turbo engine surprisingly strong in city driving * Entry-level luxury at a moderate price * Fun to drive (some call it boring) * Lots and lots and ... of safety features * Excellent mileage (30+ mpg) for an ICE SUV * Sits up high (as a SUV should!) due to 18" wheels * Quiet cabin due to Buick's QuietTuning technology * Heated seats, steering wheel, outside mirrors * Physical buttons/knobs for radio, climate controls -great * Power hatch/liftgate w/ kick plate - very handy * Traction & Stability control Dislikes * 1.2L Turbo engine is somewhat challenged on the highway * Design same-same as every other small SUV on the road * Digital Speedo and NO Tach; I prefer the real thing * Seats are narrow, hard and uncomfortable on long trips * Road noise is worse than expected for a Buick * Small cargo area w/o rear seat backs down * Insufficient legroom in back seats * Insufficient rear headroom for tall persons * AM/FM/Satellite radio difficult to program * VERY sensitive brakes and accelerator

The Encore 2024 GX ST is my second GM car, which has truly impressed me. I've driven various vehicles, including Honda, Infiniti, Toyota, and Saturn, but the Encore GX truly stands out. Its sleek and attractive exterior design caught my eye immediately. On the inside, the elegant beige leather seats create a luxurious atmosphere, and the state-of-the-art infotainment system adds to the overall appeal. The exterior has been significantly improved with the modern Buick logo, giving the car a more contemporary look. One of the most outstanding aspects of the Buick Encore GX is the driving experience. Navigating the vehicle is incredibly easy, and when you press on the accelerator, the car effortlessly gains speed. This is in stark contrast to my previous experience with the Toyota RAV4, which struggled to accelerate quickly. Overall, I'm thoroughly pleased with the Encore GX and would highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a new car.

I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.
