I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

Omg I don’t know where to start! I came in knowing that or thought that I was not going to be able to get a car because of my credit. How about I let with the exact color and model and it’s fully loaded couldn’t have be happier. I had to leave the best for last Tom is the man he is funny but about his business. The Encore 2024 GX ST is my second GM car, which has truly impressed me. I've driven various vehicles, including Honda, Infiniti, Toyota, and Saturn, but the Encore GX truly stands out. Its sleek and attractive exterior design caught my eye immediately. On the inside, the elegant beige leather seats create a luxurious atmosphere, and the state-of-the-art infotainment system adds to the overall appeal. The exterior has been significantly improved with the modern Buick logo, giving the car a more contemporary look. One of the most outstanding aspects of the Buick Encore GX is the driving experience. Navigating the vehicle is incredibly easy, and when you press on the accelerator, the car effortlessly gains speed. This is in stark contrast to my previous experience with the Toyota RAV4, which struggled to accelerate quickly. Overall, I'm thoroughly pleased with the Encore GX and would highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a new car.

Have had this car for a month. Everything is so well laid out and the MyBuick app is so easy to navigate. The mileage is fantastic. This is my first new car (ever) and my 3rd Buick overall. I love it!

Overall, I had a good experience here. My sales rep, Miguel, was fantastic. He was very personable and accommodating. I came in with a specific car in mind that I found online. I was able to test drive it right away and bought the car that same day. My trade-in process was pretty seamless as well. I felt I got a fair price and they handled everything. I felt like they were a little unwilling to work with me on the price of the car that I was buying as well as some of the add-ons and other fees. But what can you do? My one complaint would be about the manager that was working that day. I could overhear them discussing my situation with the trade-in and my requests for negotiation, and it was quite disrespectful not just to me, but to the sales rep as well. If I was working directly with that individual, I would not have bought the car. I am not lowering my review because as I said, I thought my rep was fantastic, but I will remember that the next time I want to buy a car.

I love this car and it’s loaded with safety features and it’s pretty fast, a fun to drive car. Also pretty comfortable so if you’re looking for a nice car get this one.

This car is a pleasure on longer trips. Comfortable driving seat and quiet ride. The turbo kicks in on the highway as needed with plenty of power and get over 30 mpg on the road. Our car has squeaking front brakes when backing up, but otherwise has had no issues. We haven't taken to dealer yet to get the issue corrected.

I was searching for a very specific vehicle, one which came to the lot of Hertz Car Sales in Warminster, PA. My online inquiry was very quickly answered by Mike Moore, one of the sales staff. He was exceptionally helpful in answering my questions about the car and the sales process and worked closely with my lender all while out of state. He worked diligently to find answers to all of my complicated questions, taking lots of time. Unfortunately, the deal fell through to no fault of Mike. We received a comparable offer on the exact same car at a dealer much closer to our home (where Warminster is a little over two hours away and out of state). I strongly recommend that you work with Mike when searching for a car. He was honest, trustworthy, and thorough in giving me all of the information to make an informed decision. He encouraged me to make the decision that was best for us, even if that meant our buying a car elsewhere. That says a lot about Mike's integrity and commitment to service. Thank you, Mike! The only reason I gave the interior a 4 is for the icons on the informations screen for Music, information and home, etc. are very dim and hard to see, especially during the day. After a while you know where they are and can just touch the area to get to what you want.

The car is quiet, acceleration is acceptable considering the 3 cylinder turbo charged engine. There’s enough room I the back seat for 3 adults. Rear storage is adequate. Interior controls are laid out well and the seat material is easy to clean.

The customer service was great and they were welcoming and helpful as soon as I came into the dealership. It was the first time taking my car in for routine service and the receptionist was so helpful of completing the paper work and answered all my questions. I purchased the car from this dealership in October. I had the best sales person and the finance person was so good and they both made the buying process perfect.

I love this suv! I have a bad back and the Bonneville I had was getting tough to get in and out of. ( Pontiac went to a close friend and Pontiac enthusiast who's going to give her TLC) I just love the GX though lots of bells and whistles I'm still learning but handles great in snow !

Being 65...using the Mybuick App to use the phone is way more challenging than I would like!! I'm not tech savvy and STILL can't figure how to get my phone calls to be heard in the cars audio! I think it's a "me problem" but wish it was as simple as linking the Android app and Mybuick app.
