I had the pleasure and great fortune to work with Michael Tierney at Banks Chevrolet-Cadillac in Concord, NH to purchase my new Buick Envision on Saturday. Mike is by far the best car salesman I ever worked with! Mike was extremely patient and allowed me to test drive (3) different makes of SUV's so I could make the best-informed decision on which SUV to choose. The entire time Mike answered all my questions, suggested all the possible options for each type of vehicle and did NOT put any pressure on me on my decision of which SUV I purchased. I cannot say enough about what an amazing experience I had with Mike. Not only was Mike phenomenal; every dealership staff member I had the pleasure of meeting and working with were extremely helpful, polite, attentive and added to this being such an amazingly positive experience! The receptionist that greeted us was wonderful and offered us water and checked in on us throughout our visit to ensure we didn't need anything. Jeremy, the Sales Manager, also came to introduce himself and I had the opportunity to share what a fantastic salesman Mike is! I had the opportunity to complete my financing working with Beau who was also extremely helpful and was able to get me a great loan! I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, and I will never go to any other dealership for anything related to the care, maintenance and purchasing of any other vehicles!! Great buying experience! I drove my car home same day and they drove the vehicle that I had driven back to me the next day! Had my first service done and called on a Friday was able to get it in that following Monday. They even picked my car up at 8:30 and had it back to me w/ everything done by 11:30. They texted me the pic of my car and the services they took care of.

When we first came in, we spoke with Brian. He had a high energy and told us he would walk us through the process. We saw a few vehicles that i didnt care for but we worked until he found the vehicle i wanted and I appreciate that! You said the 4th would be the charm and you were right. I got the best deal ever. When it was time for paperwork, everything was on point and very thorough. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better than you. Anytime someone needs a new vehicle, i will send them to you. I wrote a review a couple of days ago, but have since worked with Cadillac to resolve this issue and while it will not let me edit the last review I can post a new one. Working with service centers can sometimes be very challenging, especially as a woman that does not know very much about cars. It's essential to me that I am able to go to a place that I know I can trust. In February of 2022 I took my car to this dealership to get a new key fob after losing one and have my transmission inspected. My car was under an extended warranty and they were able to replace the transmission control solenoid and get both of my new key fobs under warranty and at the end of the day it only cost me $46! Along the way Tim Radice, my service consultant was absolutely phenomenal. He kept me updated and made countless calls to my different warranty companies to ensure I was spending as little out of pocket as possible. Within a week I had my car back. Sadly shortly after my transmission started acting up again and the problem was much worse. I took it back to the dealership and found out that the transmission cover had warped and it was going to be a $1,500 fix because my warranty had just expired. Tim did everything he could (he's awesome like that) and put me into contact with the service manager, Paul. From the moment I got on the phone with Paul I could tell he was handling this with the upmost professionalism. He was kind and patient and he let me spend 10 minutes walking him through the initial repair to my cars current state. Paul quickly jumped into action and got on the phone with GM to figure out why this was happening. He called me back after speaking with GM Engineering and let me know that there was some critical information GM had not relayed to them. Apparently any time you replace the solenoid you need to replace the cover as well, because it disrupts the seal and often causes transmission fluid leakage. Paul said they would 100% cover the cost of labor and asked if I would cover the $149 part, saving me over $1,000. So if course I said yes! They had no LEGAL responsibility to offer me this, especially given that they had no way to know this information at the time of the initial repair. It is; however, the right thing to do given that the issue stemmed from the initial repair. I am so thankful that Paul, Tim and the other Cadillac team members did their best to take care of me in this situation. Car troubles are never fun and are almost always quite costly. It's worth it to go to a place you can trust - and this is it.

The service department is 2nd to none the mechanics are great 👍 the service people at the service counter. Steve, marge and ? These people know how to take care of there customers

James cartwright is the absolute best! 10/10 will recommended. he was so patient, understanding and very encouraging! refused to let me settle and got me in a 2024 honda accord just like I asked ! he made my first time car purchase experience a breeze even prayed for me! after I got my car he was still working to make sure i have the best rates and benefits and always check in to follow up with me! so grateful he was my salesman:)

The part for our tail lamp needed to be ordered, so we were not scheduled for the repair for about a week. However, when the part came in, they made arrangements to get our vehicle fixed the next day. The shop waiting area was clean and coffee/tea was provided for us waiting on repairs.

I called Alex the day before about a problem I was having he told me to bring it in the next day in the morning.. It was late afternoon when I called... I told him I will have to wait for it which is no problem for me I'm retired.He said not a problem we will get it done as quick as possible.. which they did. There is a reason why I have bought 5 trucks from this dealer it's service like this. Don't take my word for it just have a seat in the waiting area and just watch or go to the show room unless you say something salesmen don't bug you they will asked if you need some help or have a question but that's about it relieving some of the pressure you have on yourself trying to decide on a vehicle.With that being said if I ever need another vehicle it will be Matrix in sales and Alex in service nothing against anyone else working there that's just who I've dealt with

In Today's seller market, the Davis staff did everything in their power to make our purchase of an Equinox as easy as possible as well as affordable as possible. I like the no pushy sale. They explained and let you decide. It helps to have salesmen who are experts in cars. and they do have those. I would pay them a visit for my next purchase, even if just to ask about a brand they dont carry. You will not regret it.
