I would recommend them highly, especially over Freehold Buick. Freehold Buick tried to rip me off on several occasions. They lied to me and were disrespectful. We came for a Terrain, left with an Acadia. Looks way more impressive in person than online. The tri-zone climate control is a lifesaver with kids.

Showroom’s wide open, not crammed with cars. Lighting’s great, you can see everything clearly. Even the AC is perfect—not blasting in your face. I notice things like that.

If I had to sum it up—it’s calm, respectful, no pressure. They listen, ask smart questions, and never push “what’s your number?”

The consultant didn’t rush me, was patient the whole time. Also, bonus points: the restroom doesn’t smell like bleach, which is rare.

Great experience purchasing a new Buick Encore GX from a great team. Hugh Middleton was great to work with and he was patient as he explained the process and the numbers and he and his management were great at crafting a deal that was extremely reasonable and the process was smooth and efficient and I was in and out of the dealership in what for me was record time. Definitely the best car purchase experience I've had. If I need to purchase another vehicle I would definitely work with Hugh and his team again. I can't recommend them more highly!!!
