Visited local dealers that included Ford, Chevy, Nissan and test drove vehicles at each but was surprised by the GMC Canyon. I originally wanted an F150 but price, size and quality issues made me rethink that purchase. I test drove the only available Ranger within 100 miles and did not like it as much as the Canyon. Staff was straight forward. No back and forth. Easiest car buying experience I've ever had.

Comfortable lounge area and a Nice coffee machine selection but need better choice of reading materials for waiting on your vehicle during servicing. Also could have been a little warmer.

Everything went perfect at the dealership From salesman, Carlos Carter and his team being very friendly, and knowledgeable about the vehicle. They were able to secure financing quickly for me. Once at the dealership everything moved quickly. I viewed the vehicle, test drove it, and signed my paperwork. Overall great experience.

Adrianna was amazing! Upon arrival she asked me do I need any help and I replied sure. I told her I know what I’m looking for, because I’ve already did my research for months. We looked at the car and then proceeded to get dome numbers that I can go off of. I told her I’ll be back in a week to pick the car up. During the week of me getting the car , I had a couple of things I wanted done before I return. She delivered with a five star performance. Very knowledgeable and awesome customer service skills. Also did a follow up call after the sale . I was very pleased with her and would do business with her any day.

I purchased a 2023 Genesis Gv70 Form Napleton Downtown. I ordered the vehicle and it arrived months later. The whole process was seamless. I got the exact deal I wanted.

I had major work done on my car and I couldn?t be happier with the turnout. I had my transmission replaced along with a couple other issues on my 2017 vehicle. It took a while for the entire thing to get completed, but I was given status updates throughout the process. I picked up my vehicle late last night (5:45 pm). I was surprised the service manager was still there and he took the time to go over everything that had been done to my vehicle. The total price was slightly lower than what I was I was told it would be at the start. I was very happy and wasn?t expecting that. My car is driving great today and so far I?m extremely happy with the result from my service experience. I?m very appreciative of the help I was given and the customer service I received. We had an excellent experience purchasing our new car at Trent GMC. We were coming from out of town, and they truly went above and beyond — even picking us up at the airport, which we greatly appreciated. Mike Pecha was outstanding from beginning to end. We drove 3 and a half hours to go to this dealership. We could not have asked for anything more, these people are top-notch people. This place was clean, people were friendly and helpful. John O'Connell Was our salesman and we could not have picked a more perfect person to work with. We went in to buy a Yukon AT4, left with the Yukon, and purchased another car from them.
