New and used 2026 Buick Envision SUVs for sale near Springfield, MI

I had my car in for an oil change (2/12/2024) during the visit I was told the high pressure power steering line was leaking. I set up an appointment to have it repaired and should expect to leave it for the day as it would take about 6 hours. I dropped my car off at 9:00 am for my appointment (2/19/2024). I finally called around 4:00 to find out that my car wouldn't be ready until the next day as authorization from Zurich had only been received that afternoon. My issue: I would have expected that knowing what the repair was on my car, authorization would have already requested so repairs could start when I dropped my car off at my appointed time and could be completed the same day. Now I'm without my car for 2 days instead of the expected one. This to me was very poor planning and didn't set to will with me and also was an added inconvenience for me.

Extremely impressed with our buying experience at Cole. Saw the vehicle that we wanted on Cars.com and traveled from Wisconsin to see it. Neil McMahon answered all of our questions via email and phone. Received a great quote and made the 4.5 hour drive. Pristine dealership and greeted warmly. Neil was fantastic and very personable. Like talking to a trusted friend. We received everything that was promised and took the vehicle home that day. When signing the contracts we were not pressured into any expensive add ons. My wife and I live in Wisconsin, but Team One Chevrolet in Charlotte, Michigan had exactly the Corvette that we wanted.
