I recently had the pleasure of trading in and purchasing my 2nd vehicle in 3 years from George Gregory at Sawyer Lyons GMC. George, who has always been both friendly and professional, always takes the time to say hello and that leaves a lasting impression on customers During the sales process, he has never pressured me into making a decision but instead encouraged me to take my time and ask questions. What really stood out, though, was his commitment to ensuring I got the best deal possible. He worked with the finance team to offer competitive pricing and tailored options that fit my budget. Throughout the negotiation, he was transparent, honest, and made sure I was comfortable with every step. Because of my experience with George, I feel confident in my purchase, not just because of the great car I was driving off with, but because of the exceptional service I received. It's rare to find a car salesman who genuinely prioritizes customer satisfaction over making a sale, but this one certainly did.
